Connemara Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey captures the beauty of this region while reviving its traditions. This rare and original find among Irish whiskeys is a single malt, beautifully gilded in peat reek. Managing Director of Cooley Distillery, David Hynes and chairman John Teeling resurrected the traditional Irish custom of drying the malted barley over peat fires with this peated single malt. The smoke rising through the malted barley during this drying process confers the whiskey with a distinct peaty flavour and aroma. These traditional distilling methods combined with natural ingredients and long years in oak casks continue to create a whiskey that is simply exceptional! 

Nose: Well-smoked and peated, heather freshness and floral notes with a honeyed sweetness and a little wood.

Palate: Full and smooth with notes of malt and peat, honeyed smoke and barley sweetness.

Finish: Long and pungent with honey and peat smoke.

Winemaker and owner Gerd Stepp makes this exceptional German Riesling from a single vineyard in the country's warm southern region of the Pfalz. 

The Kallstadter Saumage vineyard is all about loess and loam rich soils with a high limestone content, where the soils are full of tiny fossil shells, which provide high calcium content. 

Gerd is no fan of botrytis so this stunning dry Riesling is all about lemon essence on the palate with apple, honey and citrus notes driving its core flavours. This wine is very clean, light bodied is expresses the very essence of wine - grape purity and length. 

A beautiful wine now and with potential to be a great ager.

A nice bottling thats quite heavy on the Islay component - but not too peaty.

Campbeltown Harbour is a little nod to the maritime nature of this whisky. The lightly peated single malt has been matured exclusively in first fill bourbon casks, so there's a good dose of toffee among the more savoury seaside notes.

Distilled in 1972 and aged in a single sherry butt until August 2015, this is one of 565 bottles produced from cask number 3551. These bottles were released in the Winter 2015 batch of Family Casks.

A Rich, intense whisky with honeyed sweetness thanks to a high proportion of first-fill American white oak casks, traditional casks and ex-sherry casks. Luxurious, velvety, juicy pears and honey on the palate lead to a complex balanced finish.

Islay Gold 10 year old from Ian Macleod Distillers is a classic Islay malt offering the sweet spice and smoke that we all love from this Scottish island. Sherry notes and autumnal fruits on the palate combine nicely with the smoke and char.

Nga Waka Chardonnay is one of the biggest selling wines at this Martinborough winery cellar door, thanks to its creamy smooth body, balanced by freshness and vibrant citrus flavour notes. 

This wine offers stunning value for money, delivering a full body, bone dry flavours and a long, refreshing finish, thanks to the bright balanced acidity provided from the cool nights in the Martinborough region.

For this beer we used Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy hops.
Imagine a big juicy bowl of Kiwi Fruit, strawberry, blueberry,peach, orange and pear, jam it all in a blender and call it an IPA - it?s our hazy hop salad.

6% ABV.

Zaya is a blend of aged rums that ignites the senses and evokes a feeling of discovery. Deep in bronzed amber color, the nose is seductive with aromas of pear, baked apple and spiced vanilla. The palate is smooth, with notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and baking spices and finishes profoundly with a hint of smoke. A rum that adds complexity to whatever, or whoever, it?s paired with, Zaya can be enjoyed neat, over ice or mixed into your favorite craft cocktail. Made for those that seek what?s beyond the surface, for it?s in the depths that true adventure lies.

Does what it says on the tin, mate! Everything you like from a hazy: full flavour, juicy, and all of those delicious tropical notes from dry hopping, without too much bitter.

Flavours: Quenching tropical fruits, citrus and lime zest from the US and NZ hops with solid body to match from Oats and Wheat.

5.3% ABV.

Big things sometimes come in little packages. Say hi to Tiny: Brewed with pilsner malt, golden naked oats, Mosaic, Strata and Simcoe, Tiny is specially fermented to give you all the big, juicy hop character you've come to expect from a Hazy IPA - just without the alcohol. Yup that's right. Big flavour, without the booze so you can enjoy your hazy anytime. Tiny, but mighty.

0.5% ABV.

If you love a chilled peach in summer or a plate of savoury nibbles year round, try Matahiwi's dry Pinot Gris, made from grapes grown on the free draining river terrace at the winery's home vineyard. Warm days and cool nights allow for a long ripening period guaranteeing ripe concentrated fruit while maintaining freshness. which is preserved from tank fermenting the juice using yeasts that can ferment at low temperatures. The palate is supple and juicy, with luscious tropical fruit and a fine mineral thread, leading to a fresh and sustained finish.

A great match with seafood, chicken or on its own with a chilled peach.

Southern French rose has a well earnt reputation for being the world's standard bearer when it comes to dry, light bodied pale coloured wines. This one ticks all the boxes of a great year round refresher. Its beautiful packaging just adds to the delicious allure.
