A legendary Cornish ale, Hicks is named after the Brewery's founder, Walter Hicks.  Full-bodied, strong and distinctly Cornish, it's gained something of a cult status over the years.  Brimming with flavours, it's a beer worthy of carrying the great man's name

Melon, vine and tropical notes on the nose with an explosion of herbs, citrus and malt in the flavour.

Motueka and Nelson Sauvin Hops create the backbone for this Hazy IPA. Notes of fresh citrus peel and gooseberry provide a clean palette for Mango and Lychee to punch through and create a cocktail of summer fruits. Perfect for sipping on a beach somewhere you?d rather be.

Duncan's - This beer is the Mango Lassi of east coast IPA's.  Brewed with mango, vanilla, lactose and a tonne of tropical fruity hops.

Our pals Garage Project need no intro, and after brewing an epic beer with them that was so close to home we just had to export this inspiration back to Botany.
It?s a celebration of Home, Land & Sea - using Canterbury malts, our favourite hops from across Aotearoa, and an extra kiss of Marlborough sea salt. Championing the terroir of 3 distinct and unique hop-growing regions of NZ, we?ve run a massive Clean Fusion addition of Egger?s? Riwaka from Moutere Valley, Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle?s? Mount Ella Station, and ?Alpine? Rakau from Garston Hops? in the Deep South. Tropical fruit, candied lime, and dank diesel perfectly meld with subtle salt and an extra smooth mouthfeel. Take us home.

Cyclone Gabrielle did not allow us to brew a fresh hop beer last year, so we are stoked to be able to bring everyone a fresh hop beer this year! We loaded our mash tun to the brim with Waimea West?s first harvest of Nelson Sauvin to bring you our 2024 fresh hop IPA.  All the usual suspects, white grape, lime and pungent aromas like its cannaboid cousin.  Limited release, get in quick!

Double Dale?s is brewed with juicy, tropical El Dorado and complex Talus hops, keeping with the Dale?s tradition of utilizing only American hops. Fruity, piney flavors from the hops mingle with a caramel-driven malt bill, and the whole beast is supported by a new mineral-forward house blend of H2O, which includes six brewing salts. The result is a larger-than-life spin on Dale?s that?s just as packable, drinkable and recyclable as the original.

Torpedo Extra IPA takes its name from the device that Sierra Nevada invented to dry hop the beer adding aromatic oils to the conditioning brew without adding undue bitterness. Torpedo IPA utilizes Magnum, Crystal and the new Citra hop varieties in the whole cone form. Torpedo pours a brilliant gold with a healthy white head. On the nose there are complex layers of tropical fruit, grapefruit, orange, black pepper, and a herbaceous green note. In the mouth the beer is a raging advertisement for American hops, layers of citrus and piney resin are built upon a solid malt backbone. Finally there is a long dry finish. This is the ultimate beer for spicy cuisine. 

Try it with a Thai curry or spicy barbequed food.
