Nestled alongside the Columbia River in eastern Washington, Columbia Crest winery opened its doors in the heart of the acclaimed Horse Heaven Hills in 1983.

This wine is 100% Chardonnay of which 36% of the blend was fermented in stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation to showcase the bright acidity in the wine. The balance underwent weekly stirring in barrel allowing the wine to build complexity and structure.

Opens with fresh fruit aromas of baked apples and pears, joined by signature characters of cr?me brulee and caramel. Ripe orchard fruit flavors are joined by creamy, buttery notes and balanced by lively acidity.

Pair with chicken salad with apples and brie cheese, crab cakes, and herb crusted pork chops.

Located in the Sonoma wine region of California, the name Chalk Hill comes from the unique volcanic soil of chalky white ash, which is a near perfect match for the planting of white wine varieties, like Chardonnay. The vineyards quest for quality has always been the basis for all their winemaking decisions.

This wine is balanced and bright with concentrated flavours of creamy lemon custard, poached pear, almond, and spice. Pair this Chardonnay with grilled salmon in a garlic butter sauce.

100% malolacitc fermentation - nine months on the lees in Hungarian oak 10% of which is new and 20% is one year old.

This grape is also known as Primitivo in Puglia, Southern Italy, and shares the same instant likeability of a big soft red for early drinking. It can hold and improve over the short to medium term; up to five years.

Clusters from High Valley deliver bright red fruit and tannin, fruit from Red Hills contributes lush, ripe fruit character, and our Big Valley grapes add complexity and texture to our Cabernet Sauvignon.

Decadent blackberry and dried cranberry flavors with notes of pepper and allspice lead to a lengthy, satisfying finish marked by hints of cedar and toasted oak.

Dark and brooding, Cherrycream Dark is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe black cherry, raspberry and mocha aromas. This wine is full bodied yet smooth, imparting lengthy vanilla notes with a hint of black liquorice on the finish. It has fruit and  body - and dazzles the senses with its scrumptious bouquet. Primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon with just a little bit of of Merlot to subdue any harsh Cabernet tannins and envelope them with bright fruit flavours.

Creamy texture and hints of spice jump out of the glass from this warm climate California Pinot Noir. We end up with a sultry, smooth, cherry-forward wine with gorgeous silky textures on the palate that remind us of that feeling after we take a bite out of our grandmother?s famous cherry brownies.

Light oak aging and fresh, balanced acidity make this chardonnay a must- have. The bouquet is soft with ripe honeydew, rich vanilla and hints of apple skin. The oak aging adds a nice complexity to the mouthfeel, layering zesty spice tones on top of crisp pear and guava flavour. On the back end, flavours of lemon peel meld with the creamy vanilla notes to create a refreshing and savoury finish.

Smooth with rustic aromatics and black cherry flavours.

Boasting concentrated flavour while retaining the delicate nature that the varietal is known for, the bouquet opens with deep, rustic notes of cigar box and wild mushroom and develops gentle highlights of cranberry as it sits. On the palate, vivid black cherry notes up front lend a nice acidity and complement warm allspice undertones with mild tannins.
