If you love friendship, fruit, good times, and ungodly amounts of lactose, then this one is for you. Introducing Liquid Chocolate - Using every cocoa product and process available to brewers right now, we've laid down a brew in honour of one of our favourite adjuncts. Including, but not limited to: Cocoa Nibs, Cocoa Husk, Cocoa Paste, Export Dark Cocoa powder, Condensed Cocoa, Chocolate Isolate, Cocoa syrup. Yum!
The eleventh dip into our Liquid Series? - the complete saturation of a single hop we know and love. This drop we?re championing the enigmatic and mighty Riwaka from the hops bines of Moutere Valley, New Zealand. Teaming up with our favourite grower, Eggers Farms, we?re using 3 hand selected lots of what is arguably the world?s best Riwaka alongside Clayton Hops? Riwaka Amplifire? Hop Oil and Freestyle Hops? Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief? - A liquid dry-hop made with a cryogenic, solventless, separation process. Great pack of roosters, the lot of ?em. On a soft base of spelt and oat, expect a ?uge kiwi dank hop character with hits of tropical fruit, passion fruit, grapefruit & citrus. This is truly a sweet as Kiwi combo of choice cones and southern legends. Chee-hoo!

Made in collaboration with new pals and Japan brewing royalty Uchu Brewing, from Hokuto, Yamanashi. The Captain joins us to save Earth under the direction of ??????????? - ?nothing is impossible, everything is open?. Well, we took this quite literally and pushed the limits of this sour further than anything we?ve any done. Huge doses of blueberry, blackcurrant, and strawberry puree meld with coconut cream and vanilla to give a truly out of this world and eye-opening experience for your mouth hole.

Our imperial kettle sour base with a double dose of White Nectarine puree and juice. A kiss of fresh lemon and lime juice tie this slushy sour together like the local soda shop use to do.
Thick. Decadent. Over the top.
With puree added during the canning process, expect this little number to be literally jam-packed to the brim.
Try serving it semi-frozen after an hour or two in the freezer for the full slushy experience

Join The Dots is a new topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given our full Ice-Cream Smoothie Treatment. Starting with a lactose and wheat heavy base soured with our house lacto culture, we?ve then gone and rolled up some mean dots of mango, raspberry, blackcurrant, and marshmallow, with a touch of vanilla ice cream powder. Join it all up and come find the big picture with us.

Our pals Garage Project need no intro, and after brewing an epic beer with them that was so close to home we just had to export this inspiration back to Botany.
It?s a celebration of Home, Land & Sea - using Canterbury malts, our favourite hops from across Aotearoa, and an extra kiss of Marlborough sea salt. Championing the terroir of 3 distinct and unique hop-growing regions of NZ, we?ve run a massive Clean Fusion addition of Egger?s? Riwaka from Moutere Valley, Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle?s? Mount Ella Station, and ?Alpine? Rakau from Garston Hops? in the Deep South. Tropical fruit, candied lime, and dank diesel perfectly meld with subtle salt and an extra smooth mouthfeel. Take us home.

Teaming up with world-class hop growers Freestyle Hops, we?re using 2 hand-selected lots of Peacharine, the latest advanced selection from their hop breeding programme over in NZ. Alongside a double dry hop of these choice as cones, we?ve also got our hands on a global-exclusive trial of this same hop processed into their SubZero Hop Kief? - A liquid dry-hop made with a cryogenic, solventless, separation process. What legends. On a soft base of spelt and oat, expect a ?uge NZ hop character with hits of rich peach, ripe nectarine, and an appealing citrus backbone.

Cali Dream is a new vibe for us - a South California Pilsner. By taking all the good stuff Germans do with their lagers and combining it with all the hop expressive techniques the US west coast does with its IPAs, we've got a modern match made in heaven. A crispy malt base and cold fermentation with a modern dry hopping process and a good dose of new world hops - citra and hand selected Riwaka.
