Onskiis is a crystal-clear Japanese style lager infused with freshly juiced yuzu - a citrus found in the land of the rising sun that tastes like a hybrid of lemon, lime and grapefruit. Alongside additions of rice, pilsner malt and NZ hops from our mates at Freestyle Hops, expect a satiating, delicate flavour with a slight citrus zing, crisp clean finish and just a hint of sweetness.

If you enjoyed Fire Drop Rice Lager and Slip Dart Czech Style Pilsner dropped last year, Onskiis is the fresh Summer take with that yuzu knocking back some of the bitterness you would otherwise expect, making for a super easy drinking, crisp and refreshing lager made for long days by the pool.

V6 is a no-boil Oat Cream DIPA with a hyped-up dose of our infamous Multi-stack Oats, triple dose of single-origin New South Wellian lactose, fermented out with our in-house Hazy Yeast, then put through our Clean Fusion dry hopping regime. Hopped to the hilt with Citra Cryo, Amarillo, and an experimental hop HBC630 from Yakima Chief Hops in the US of A.
This cacophony on the senses oozes big cushiony, tropical filled, thick fat hazy vibes all night long.

7.6% ABV

NU NU is a modern West Cosat IPA employing a Citra & Sultana Dip-Hop charge at the start of fermentation for big hits of stone-fruit, citus, and dankness. Post fermentation Clean Fusion dry hop with Amarillo, BRU-1, and Australian Eclipse lend a punchy hop character. Expect a peach and pine forward profile with a clean bitterness and robust malt-driven back bone. A modern take on a craft beer classic.

A Single Hop DIPA made with our Wh?nau at Freestyle Hops. Championing the choice as kiwi cone Motueka - here we've used Freestyle Mid-late harvest Motueka, Sunshine Valley low-temp kilned Motueka, and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief? extract to capture all that bright citrus intensity Mot gives. Also, with the power of beer & friendship, we were able to supercharge this DIPA by utilising a rare Thiol-activated yeast strain in conjunction with an Australian exclusive shipment of Mega Motueka? - an exciting new hop blend born out of a collab between Freestyle Hops and Phantasm NZ. Tu meke!

This here is the third rendition we have whipped up in our Fairy Floss Sour Series.

Brewed to be sweet and fruity, with a lick of tartness, we start with our classic kettle-sour base, dosed with raspberry and blueberry pulp to keep any celestial being satiated. And, to top it off, laoded with more boxes of ol’ school fairy floss than should ever be allowed near a beer.

A heavenly fruit filled tarty dream for your mouth.

It?s big. It?s dark. It?s our boldest stout yet. Massive hits of vanilla, chocolate, whiskey, cake, and molasses all backed up by a Nitro serve.

Full bodied and wildly creamy with notes of cacao, coffee, chocolate, and dark fruit; a product of the copious amounts of chocolate and lactose used while resting on French Oak. Hopped with the elusive Slovenian Wolf Hops to accentuate notes of blackberry, violet and elderflower. Hibernating for months, this dark beast has been cellared and can-conditioned to be shared and savoured under a wintry full moon.

These rites affirm the sacred wheel of mix-ferment-consume, the sacredness of the humble grain, the natural connection to fruit of the earth, oneness with divine intervention that drives fermentation, all expressed through the goddess-like medium of aqua. There are rites that honour timely traditions of olde with the evolutionary times of the new. From the many, from the dark, a few runes light an arc: FIG, ??M??, B???KB???Y, ????? ????M. Whether you've got a half day off or a half day left, our tropical sunshine in a can will take you halfway to a holiday. Pairs well with yummy stuff and holds up before, during or after a few normal ones. Knock-off without the knock-ons, go to your happy place and take a half day on us. You've earned it.
