Little has changed since Thomas Cooper brewed his first batch of Sparkling Ale in 1862. It's still naturally conditioned in the bottle with our unique strain of Coopers yeast. To enjoy the complete Sparkling experience, roll the bottle to mix in the yeast sediment before pouring. No additives. No preservatives.

Pure Blonde Ultra Low Carb Lager is a refreshing, full-flavoured lager, brewed using the finest ingredients. Pure Blonde is brewed with no preservatives to deliver an easy-drinking, ultra-low carb beer that has 80% less carbohydrates than regular beer, 50% less calories than wine per ml and is low gluten.

The gnomes love Achouffe beers and the juicy cherries which grow in their magical land. Every year they gather and store them in the attics at the brewery. One day, after an abundant season, the floor gave way under the weight of the harvest, and some cherries fell into the Mc CHOUFFE brewing below. Impish as ever, the gnomes kept quiet about the incident. Surprised to discover a glowing, ruby-tinted beer with a fruity taste, the master brewer decided to bottle it up. Enjoy Cherry CHOUFFE carefully to avoid staining your beard and always drink it in delightful company.

After secondary fermentation in the bottle in the purest tradition of Floreffe?s abbey beers, it has a very deep, almost black colour with a brown head. The nose, combining aniseed, liquorice, roast aromas and white fruits, is exceptionally rich and refined. The power of the ingredients is obvious from the first sip, expressed in coffee and grilled cocoa bean flavours. 

The beer is robust, warm but not liquor-like, against the slightly acrid background of roasted malts. With its moderate alcohol level and its long, noticeably acidic finish, Floreffe Prima Melior is a connoisseur?s beer, complex but accessible. Stored under good conditions, the aniseed notes give way to woody, almost maderised notes, a must for lovers of matured beers.

Coopers XPA is all about ?extra? hop flavour whilst being well balanced and easy to drink. With Simcoe and Lemondrop American hops added at different stages of the brewing process we have achieved an optimal bitterness level with bright citrus undertones. Like all of our Ales, XPA is naturally conditioned and free from any additives or preservatives.

Deep down we know that everyone loves a classic Aussie beer as much as they love summer, the smell of cut grass, the sound of cricket in the background on the radio, pouring ice into a full esky, knocking off work and having one off the wood at your local.

So we've created a classic Aussie lager fit for the pub, pitch or pit. Another Lager is just that, but with no alcohol you'll get that quintessential, crisp lager experience without any of the downsides. It's a normal lager for heaps normal people.

As the OG hop-forward brewery from the Balkans, we met years ago as they were starting their journey, and now we’ve combined forces while they were down under. Sharing techniques, ideas, and processes, both breweries started brewing the same recipe, with the same ingredients, at the exact same hour to ensure a fully cohesive international collaborative experience. Packed with Balkan Slovenian Wolf™, Kiwi Nelson Sauvin™, and Aussie Vic Secret™ hops.

Step right up! Queens and Kings, Ladies and Gentlemen, by all the land gather round. A once-in-a-year spectacle is back and about to unfold before your tastebuds. Wonderland By Day is a suped-up IPA with South London's kings of Haze - Drop Project, UK. Round 2 see's us join in person by Drop Project co-founder JT. A mate from way back. Here we showcase a hybridised thiol-active yeast used in conjunction with the newest hops from the Northern Hemisphere hop harvest which gives us exploding hits of candied orange peel, yellow starburst, bitter orange, and fermented kumquat!

A new NZ DIPA with Clean Fusion that showcases the latest re-up of the finest NZ hops from our mates at Eggers Hops in Moutere Valley, New Zealand.

Upon an oat-heavy base of 100% NZ grains, we've flown over fresh kiwi cones of Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka. With the power of friendship, we showcase a quintessential Kiwi beer, with some of the best Kiwi hops you can find, while highlighting the best of endearing Kiwi slang to help educate our Aussie mates.

A true Kiwi experience courtesy of Kem and Blair, some of the biggest eggs we know! Choice one Uncles!

Think Thick. Think Decadent. Think big salted caramel, rich belgian dark chocolate cake, nights-by-the-campfire vibes.

For it's second release, our brewers have thrown the frosting covered book at this decadent number - milk sugar, toasted marshmallows, golden syrup, cocoa nibs, vanilla, cake mix, and all combine in their baked-goods glory to give you the ultimate pastry experience, along with a hit of maple salt to provide a rounding salinity we've come to love here at One Drop and a kiss of smoked malts.

We've taken this crowd favourite and improved on it from last time. The nitro pour is gone allowing bigger bubbles to better lift the decadent aroma up into the smokey air. We've also doubled down on the pecan and mud cake aspects as we found them lacking last time around. All and all this is one decadent beast that has been spun right up to 11 for y'all.

Nights by the crackling fire need this creamy, roasty, dark chocolatey, and oh-so-caramelly brew of oozy chewy goodness.

Give in to your dark side with this Quadruple Fruited Imperial Sour harnessing the blackest of fruits - Blackberry & Blackcurrant. The darkness is juxtaposed with the whitest of fruits with White Nectarine and White Grape perfectly balanced and all brought together in sweet and sour harmony with thick creamy Milk Sugar.

A fresh re-up of NZ hops from our friends over the Tasman. Big fat stacks of Nelson Sauvin in all its white grape pushing, gooseberry slinging, passionfruit hustling glory packed & stacked into this soft and hazy little number. Post ferm it's loaded up with a mean dose of low-temp kilned Riwaka, and topped off with a sprinkle of Citra Cryo. Choice as.
