A Single Hop DIPA made with our Wh?nau at Freestyle Hops and Phantasm NZ. Championing the cone of choice here at One Drop - Nelson Sauvin- here we've used Freestyle Early harvest Nelson Sauvin, Sunshine Valley low-temp kilned Nelson, and Nelson SubZero Hop Kief? extract to capture all that gooey grape and citrus intensity Nelson gives. Also, with the power of beer & friendship, we were able to supercharge this DIPA by utilising a thiol-activate yeast strain in conjunction with an Australian exclusive shipment of thiol-precursor-infused Super Sauvin?, a blend of fresh Nelson Sauvin and Phantasm, direct from NZ. Tu Meke!

The seventh dip of our Liquid Serie : A pure, unadulterated focus on complete flavour saturation. Introducing Liquid Banana - Using every banana product and process available to brewers right now we've laid down a brew in honour of one of our favourite adjuncts, something we use a lot here at the brewery. Thick and creamy, with a touch of Papua Vanilla to round it off. Yum!

A special release sour with a fresh and juicy dose of blueberries. A traditional Berliner Weisse base, heavy in malted wheat and barley, along with a novel blend of 2 different bacteria, a unique yeast strain, and a West Scandinavian Kveik. Expect gentle berry and citrus tartness backed up with a sweet, full, fresh blueberry finish.

Chai holds a special place in our hearts here at One Drop and what better way to pay homage to this classic than brewing up a border-crossing new Imperial Pastry Stout with over nine types of specialty malts, a milk and cream heavy base, and an Indian-chai infusion.
Cinnamon, Vanilla, Clove, Ginger, Cardamom, Nutmeg, and sweet cream all combine to provide ultimate sun continental decadence.

Our third and final Red IPA of the season is built upon a heavy malt base from NZ and the UK, along with 4 other speciality grains that impart both a comforting malt-forward backbone and a beautiful amber hue. The bitterness is slightly restrained here allowing the double dry hop of Simoce, Sequoia, and Ahhhroma to pop and shine. Expect a little malty number that?s chock full of hop character and the crimson colour of autumnal nostalgia.

We?re still doing it, this be an Oat Cream Pale Ale with a subtle yet single dose of our infamous Multi-stack Oats?. Upon such a luscious base it would be rude if we were to not then we let our refined house Hazy yeast? cut sick on big fat stacks of Sabro & Luminosa hops from the US of A, homie. Star of the show BEGA? Lactose is obviously here to throw your calorie counter into a downward spiral.
So get off your high horse and join us in the oat laden, milky mud below. Champ.

And thus, ""The Black Harp"" sung to the tune of that longing?an audacious Black IPA that bursts with the harmonious fusion of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra hops. Immerse your senses in a journey to the sun-kissed shores of winter with each sip.

Silver Serpent is a modern DIPA brewed with a base of NZ malted barley, oats, and spelt then double-dry hopped with Citra?, Citra-Cryo?, and YQH-1320 ? A trial out Yakima Quality Hops in the US that highlights a sweet-fruit and citrus character. Expect a citrus forward DIPA with a pronounced hop character and a full, soft finish

High Waters is a new IPA championing a brand new cultivar flown direct from the Freestyle hop farm in NZ of Peacharine? - in rubbing and brewing trails this hop has displayed a complex nectarine and citrus character with sweet fruit, lime zest and indistinct tropical notes. Naturally, we?ve used this in combination with Freestyle Motueka?, and US Citra? hops along with an addition of thiol-rich Phantasm?, and fermented out with our in-house hazy yeast strain. Below the Bassline is a captivating Triple Dry Hopped West Coast IPA that weaves together bold flavours and massive hop character. Its gold pour reveals braids of lemon, lime, pear, and pine on the nose while spruce, grass, bright citrus and dank hops entwine with big malty flavours to leave you with a refined hop-forward experience. Its clean bitterness and robust malt backbone offer a modern take on an old-school classic. Brewed with Centennial, Riwaka, and Simcoe hops, Northern Lights OG terpenes, and an almost exclusive spin with Yakima Chief?s new proprietary liquid-hop product YCH702.

Harnessing the tropical wonders that Australia has to offer, we combine again through the power of beer & friendship to brew with Duckpond from Gothenburg, Sweden. An amplified imperial quad-frutied gose with Australian Banana, Mango, Chardonnay Juice, Raspberry, and Bega Lactose. New South Walean Lemons super-charge the sourness while South Australian salt provides a balancing salinity and contrast to the stupid amounts of fruit added. Brewed with Duckpond and pals Beermash and C&V for Pint of Origin 2023.
