Traditionally brewed using floor malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, partnered with Saaz and Spalt Select hops. 

Fermented long and cool followed by an eight week lagering. 

Clear and refreshing with a fluffy, lip smothering head.

This beer is generously dry hopped with Simcoe, Vic Secret and Galaxy to create a refreshing hint of citrus and tropical fruit.

We took a rich hazy base of Maris Otter malt, oats and wheat and hopped it with Citra Cyro, Mosaic T90 and Sabro Cryo.

Prominent characters of stone fruit and citrus give way to a touch of dank.

Using organically grown hops and malt, with no added preservatives, it gives a subtle floral hop aroma and a mild bitterness. It's crisp, clear and refreshing.

Description

Coopers Regency Red Ale is our latest Limited Edition product, released to celebrate Cooper?s 160th Birthday in 2022. The Coopers brewing team have created a unique interpretation of the red ale style, brewed with the finest ingredients using traditional ale techniques.

Our Australian interpretation of this hoppy red ale style combines a moderate biscuit and nutty palate with fruity hop characters and a spicy bitterness. Regency Red Ale is distinguished by its rich malt character arising from the selection of two varieties of caramalt, in combination with crystal and roasted malts. The caramalts impart a distinctive ruby red colour to the ale, which is crowned with a fine creamy head. Famous Australian hops Melba and Eclipse provide a bitterness of 40 IBU, balancing the honey and caramel sweetness. These hops have been used judiciously during brewing for late hop flavouring, and again in the fermenter to provide a fruity dry-hop character. Together, these fragrant hops add notes of stonefruit, grapefruit, mint and zesty orange peel to the aroma and flavour of the beer.

Coopers? distinctive ale yeast imbues the unmistakeable ester characters in this delicious malt-driven brew. A deceptively drinkable ale at 5.5% ABV is achieved after Coopers? renowned secondary fermentation.

Coopers Dark Ale is brewed using quality raw materials and century old brewing techniques, which produce a dark beer full of promise a journey in taste, starting fresh and creamy and finishing with a lingering coffee flavour.

Pouring the hazy, pale gold of late-winter sunsets, this is a delight of aroma and flavour thanks to one incredible hop variety: CITRA. We first created a dreamy, pillow-like foundation of malt and oats before a triple-dose of Citra: experimental YCH-702, Citra T90, and Citra Cyro. Layers of grapefruit, lime zest, nectarine and fresh passionfruit finish smooth and ripe

Showing off a refreshing citrus acidity and a hint of saline smoothness, lifted mango notes and passionfruit pop from the glass. Unfined and unfiltered, THE PUNCH pours slightly hazy in the glass with a dark lemon colour.

This beer is can-conditioned, naturally carbonated via a refermentation in the can. The refermentation process also absorbs any residual oxygen ensuring maximum hop freshness. It may take longer and require more work, but that?s how we do things at Slow Lane. Prioritising beer flavour over efficiency.

5.4% ABV

Supersaturated Hazy IPA is loaded up with our favourite NZ and US hops. It showcases complex citrus, tropical and stone fruit notes supported by balanced bitterness.

Dunkelweizens are a traditional German dark wheat ale with banana and clove fermentation derived flavours. Classic Dark Haze was can conditioned with high carbonation to achieve a creamy texture. German wheat beers are the original hazy beers having a cloudy appearance due to suspended yeast and wheat proteins.
