Bombay Dry Gin is a great old-school style London Gin utilising eight exotic botanicals. The precursor to the famous Bombay Sapphire this Gin offers a more traditional taste with strong juniper flavours and a powerful dry finish. 38% ABV

Twelfth Hour Distillery was born from our desire to fuse fresh, tantalizing, exotic botanicals from around the globe with premium New Zealand gin. Small batch distillation ensures handcrafted premium quality every time. 

After 22 iterations uniting global botanicals with the powerful makrut (kaffir lime) Twelfth Hour Dry Gin has a clean, crisp aroma on the nose.  An initial hit of makrut on the tongue leads into a long dry finish that sees the revitalizing taste linger on the palette.  A punchy gin prefect for summer but made to enjoy all year round.  Team with your favourite tonic then immerse a bruised makrut leaf to enhance the lead botanical or garnish with a ribbon of cucumber for a refreshing twist.

Distilled with raspberries and 100% Auckland grown strawberries this gin is sure to be a winner on a hot summer day.  The flavour profile is refreshing with a lingering flavour of strawberry, best served with a good tonic and a freshly sliced strawberry to garnish.

Isle of Harris Gin is made on the eponymous Outer Hebrides island, using a selection of nine botanicals, including sustainably harvested sugar kelp from local sea-lochs. This imparts a subtly coastal, maritime quality to the gin, which also features juniper, angelica, cassia, coriander, cubeb, liquorice root, orange peel, and orris root. The bottle is also a sight to behold, evoking the ripples of the sea.

Tasting NotesL Earthy juniper sits at the core, surrounded by waves of citrus and toasty spice, with coastal breeze salinity wafting through.

Reminiscent of slow and salty days, this is an easy drinking Gin made for sharing. Native Australian Wattleseed& Pink Peppercorn are brightened with zesty Wax flower, Hibiscus, Citrus peel & a hint of Oyster shell.

Best enjoyed in the Sun with soda water and a fresh wedge of Orange.

A delicious English gin made with poppy, dragon eye, lotus leaves, citrus, almond, lavender and various other botanicals (12 in total). This is four times distilled in copper pot stills, and Bulldog had the highest rating ever received by a gin from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. It was also voted a Top 50 spirit!

Taking it’s inspiration from the ocean, our Wave gin is our take on a more classic style of gin. We wanted to balance our bold Mountain gin with something that gives a nod to what you may be familiar with in a Gin.

At a slightly higher proof of 47% to still maintain a boldness in cocktails, we use sugar kelp to give this gin a touch of sweetness, while being balanced with rose, subtle citrus and liquorice root. The Wave is versatile gin for all your cocktails and great for classic gin lovers.

Citadelle Gin has a delicate and fragrant nose of fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon develop in a most remarkable way. The appetizing bouquet is reminiscent of gardens in springtime. On the palate, juniper gives way to a voluptuous complexity redolent of fresh flowers, leading into an elegant, round and highly refined finish.The 19 botanicals are infused for 72 hours, three days in which the Citadelle body is shaped and takes all its aromatic notes. A traditional gin complemented with Hawkes Bay Rose, which is splashed with Boysenberry and Vanilla to create a complex modern gin rippling with rich character.

We want to change the perception of Gin away from the mother’s ruin to something that is lively and pleasant and can be enjoyed over Ice.
