We refuse to chill-filter to deliver you full flavour and character. Because THE SOURCE is non-chill-filtered, you will notice the spirit clouds with dilution or when cold - a mark of distinction for this very rare and special drop.

We?re using whole oranges which is unusual but Australian citrus is highly aromatic and supports the spicier botanicals like cardamom.

The cinnamon and star anise add rich fruitcake tones, the Tasmanian pepperberry leaf provides warmth rather than heat, and the lemon myrtle is a beautiful alternative to lemon peel.

Hayman's - Unlike other LONDON DRY GINS available today, our is distilled by hand to a 150 year old Family recipe using a tradtional two-day process.  The gentle process creates a classically balanced Gin bursting with fresh Juniper, bright Citrus and a subtle warming spice.  It takes a little longer but we believe it is worth it.

Our gin is made to the highest standards of consistency and quality using whey ? the natural by-product of pure, grass-fed New Zealand dairy combined with a unique selection of botanicals including Kawakawa.

An Irish gin from made with juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise as well as vapour infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and gunpowder tea! It's produced at The Shed distillery, who are also making their own Irish pot still and single malt whiskeys.

After visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest, Four Pillars realised olive oil could be a brilliant botanical alongside olive leaf. The aroma, flavour and texture of fresh olive is stunning, and they did a year of trials before finalising the recipe for this gin.

The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot. 

They have used olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. This gin is savoury, textural and bright. Perfect for any Martini - Gibson, dirty, or dry with a twist. For a longer drink try it in a Spanish-inspired gintonic, with rosemary and lemon.

The latest release from The Shed Distillery: an Irish gin with an exotic twist! This gin is distilled with more than 12 oriental botanicals, gunpowder tea, and a hint of Sardinian citrus--one of the rarest citrus fruits in the world found only on the island of Sardinia. The mix of botanicals and gunpowder tea gives this gin a uniquely fragrant, almost exotic aroma. Flavours are a delightful meld of orange and grapefruit, which leads to a mysterious finish. Best enjoyed in a smooth, refreshing cocktail or on its own with a generous wedge of fresh red grapefruit.

Lemon verbena from Little River, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a bright citrus gin with herbaceous notes and a hint of peppery spice. Zingy and vivacious with a glorious lemony scent. Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa.
