Taking it?s inspiration from the ocean, our Wave gin is our take on a more classic style of gin. We wanted to balance our bold Mountain gin with something that gives a nod to what you may be familiar with in a gin.
At a slightly higher proof of 47% to still maintain a boldness in cocktails, we use sugar kelp to give this gin a touch of sweetness, while being balanced with rose, subtle citrus and liquorice root. The Wave is versatile gin for all your cocktails and great for classic gin lovers.

The latest release from The Shed Distillery: an Irish gin with an exotic twist! This gin is distilled with more than 12 oriental botanicals, gunpowder tea, and a hint of Sardinian citrus--one of the rarest citrus fruits in the world found only on the island of Sardinia. The mix of botanicals and gunpowder tea gives this gin a uniquely fragrant, almost exotic aroma. Flavours are a delightful meld of orange and grapefruit, which leads to a mysterious finish. Best enjoyed in a smooth, refreshing cocktail or on its own with a generous wedge of fresh red grapefruit.

Scapegrace's new "Blood Moon" gin is one of the most exciting releases in the New Zealand spirit world for quite some time. This incredible gin's profile is truly unique, combining both dried and fresh botanicals to create a jaw dropping and refreshing Blood Orange gin.
Sourced in Tauranga, the Blood Oranges provide a lovely floral, sweet, and slightly tart finish. Raspberries gathered from the Tasman region provide a natural jam-like sweetness. To round it all off, subtle Kaffir Limes from Gisborne provides a very welcome fragrance, and a sharp lingering finish.
An Irish gin from made with juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise as well as vapour infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and gunpowder tea! It's produced at The Shed distillery, who are also making their own Irish pot still and single malt whiskeys.
The Reid brothers have backgrounds in engineering and winemaking, both of which gave their curious minds something related to work with when they began distilling gin. Reid + Reid gin has all the usual botanicals, coriander, juniper, lemons and more, but it is the addition of distinctly New Zealand botanicals that make it unique. The brothers like to think it's as much a celebration of great gin as a nod to New Zealand's fauna. In this case they've used manuka, kawakawa and horopito. It's a dry, refreshing gin, particularly suited to a long G & T, with plenty of ice and a twist of lemon.
Curiosity Ruby gin is a vibrant pink gin made by infusing Curious Dry with fresh rhubarb stalks.
Slightly sweetened Ruby develops both the vibrant colour and flavour of fresh rhubarb offering a delightfully bright fruity flavour backed up by a stunning colour that cuts through, delivering a pink that can't be missed in any mixed drink for summer! Backed up by a full spirit alcohol content of 37.5%, Ruby delivers flavour and the strength you need for your pink cocktails.
Perfect as a Pink G&T or Gin Fizz, Ruby can also be simply served up chilled as a Pink Martini or swap out the gin in any favourite summer cocktail for the perfect pink summer stunner.
Embracing the Golden Age of Strange, the gin has been gracefully aged for nine months in used French and German wine barrels.
