Fermentation is at low temperatures, a third in new barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes 100% Malolactic fermentation and is aged in 100% new oak.

The palate is fresh, round and unctuous with lighter acidity and round fleshy fruits.

100% Syrah from the legendary slopes of Hermitage above the town of Tain in the Northern Rhone. 

The soils here are a fabulous mix of limestone, clay, silt soil and sandy gravel and the vines have an average age of over 30 years. The wine matures in barrel for a whopping 36 months with 50% new oak.

Deep ruby red with violet tinges on the eye opening into a spicy nose with red berries and delicate oak aromas. The palate is powerful and tannic with flavours of blackcurrant, vanilla, licorice and spice

Silky smooth, fleshy Pinot Noir from Mondillo wines in Bendigo, Central Otago. This wine is made from hand picked grapes and is a velvety Pinot Noir with a deep  colour, concentrated fruit purity and power, offering great cellaring potential.

Dom Mondillo describes the 2019 Bendigo growing season as having calm and cool spring conditions, which continued throughout flowering, providing clusters of small even berries with ripe concentrated flavours. All grapes were hand harvested and matured for 18 months in one year old French oak barriques.

This outstanding new deeply flavoursome, dark fruited Syrah is the first release from Paddock Six, a one hectare vineyard in Hawke's Bay, owned by winemakers Rod and Emma Easthope. This wine has 20 years of ageing potential up its vinous sleeve but is also an exceptional wine to drink now and over the next five years, provided it's served in a large glass where its ripe warm flavours can open up, delivering a new take on the New Zealand Syrah theme.

The vineyard and the wine are inspired by Jamet Cote Rotie, one of the great red wines of the world. 

Blonde with copper reflections, topped with a generous head, Hopus derives from a secret batch brewed for the marriage of Paul Lefebvre. It has a unique and original nose, a blend of vegetal, citrus and fruit notes. The attack is bold, with an intense bitterness accompanied by a plethora of hopped notes. On the palate, the fruity top-fermented aromas and the malted flavours perfectly balance the initial taste without masking it. Chardonnay with all the bells and fresh citrusy flavour notes adding depth and balance to the smooth creamy notes. Here's a wine that shows how exceptionally well Chardonnay grows in Marlborough. 

The Taylor Pass Pinot Noir fruit is planted on a mixture of soils. Stony soil that contributes fresh floral and red cherry fruit aromas, whereas silty loam soil provides earthy dense tannins and dark berry fruit flavours. The various clones and differing soil types are harvested separately to provide winemakers with as many flavour and texture options to choose from for this single vineyard wine.

The wine showcases an intense bouquet of ripe juicy blackberries and blueberries with hints of baking spices. A harmonious palate delivers some liquorice notes intermingled with black cherries, subtle dried herbs and finishes with round velvety smooth tannins.

The historic town of Langenlois is the center of the Kamptal appellation and home to the Riesling vines in this wine, which grow on the terraced slopes northwest of the town. This area is completely formed of metamorphic and crystalline rock soils. This elegant Riesling, bottled after over six months of ageing on the lees, is characterized by a fine stonefruit aroma and juicy minerality, which unmistakably reflects its origin and the character of the people who live here.

As you take a sip of our inherently Indian gin, you're greeted by a beautiful freshness from our Indian citrus peels that include Gonghraj from the East, Oranges from Nagpur, Indian Sweet Limes & Nimbu from Goa. Black pepper, coriander and mace follow to give our gin a strong spiced middle. Liquorice, cassia and nutmeg make the finishing flourish warm and sweet.

The recipe for Stranger & Sons, was passed down by a mythical two-tailed creature who appeared to us in a dream. This mythical creature made famous for her gin, was last spotted roaming the Western Ghats of India.
