Togouchi 9 Year Old Blended Japanese Whisky comes from the town of Togouchi and produced by Chugoku Jozo in underground tunnels. The Japanese brewery, Chugoku Jozo, is located near Hiroshima. They have been producing sake, liqueurs, and the traditional Japanese spirit shochu since 1918.
This whisky is rather intense and pleasant on the nose with dispersing aromas of yellow fruits. The palate has sweet spices, with the appearance of fruity flavors of citrus. In the end, peat and smoke come nicely together.

This is the second batch of Auchentoshan's Virgin Oak. Aged in new North American oak casks, this triple-distilled Lowland whisky is rich, spicy and complex.
This new offering from Auchentoshan is one of their best of recent times. It mixes a lovely series of delicate, floral and fruity notes with a powerful kick of woody, oaky spice from the virgin oak casks, and does it very well

Beautiful juicy and soft Garnacha from a high altitude vineyard in a dynamic Spanish wine region where hand tended bush vines are the norm and elevated hillside sites tend to be 800 to 850 metres above sea level.
Gentle basket press and stainless steel fermentation give this wine its soft feminine and silky style, shining a new light on Garnacha's great charms and elegance while having higher acidity and tannin structure than is typical to this grape variety. The reason being the high altitude and granite soils, both of which enhance the structure of wines made in this region, which may have cool nights but which is considered hot property right now - learn more about the region, Sierra de Gredos, by trying the wine.
I?unn : Cyser, Mead with Apple and Vanilla beans
Introducing our Mythic Collection. With the help of our Pagan consultant Aaron Pyne of Inner Realms Journey, we bring to you meads inspired by historical legends. Our Mythic Collection Meads are spontaneously fermented with wild yeast, leaving the gods to determine the path of the Mead.
In Norse mythology, I?unn is a goddess associated with apples and youth. It is said that I?unn apples grant of eternal youthfulness to the other Gods. Once when the giant ?jazi forced Loki to lure I?unn out of Asgard, her absence causes the gods to grow old and grey. It is safe to say things didn?t work out of ?jazi.
This Mead is the perfect marriage of Auckland Bush Honey, West Auckland Sturmer Pippin, Braeburn and Vanilla Bean. This full bodied Mead is Sweet but not too sweet with silky smooth tannin and a long finish.

A smooth, soft Sauvignon Blanc with body and complex savoury flavours, which sit comfortably alongside tropical fruit aromas and all without a high price. This delicious tasty new take on this country's most successful white wine is made from 100% organically certified grapes, a portion of which were hand picked and all fermented with wild yeasts in a combo of oak and egg shaped vessels.
Loveblock owners Erica and Kim Crawford own their Awatere Valley vineyard in Marlborough. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from the Woolshed Vineyard area in the Lower Dashwood area, an 11 hectare site planted in 2003. All grapes grown on this site are certified organic with BioGro New Zealand.
The evocative name Ruru pays homage to the native Moreporks, whose haunting call can be heard in the vineyard in which the grapes in this wine grow. This is a gorgeous expression of dry Pinot Gris from Central Otago, a region that is well suited to top notch examples of this white grape variety. The cool climate suits this grape well, resulting in refreshingly crisp examples.
