Great Chilean Cabernet from a classic and highly respected producer, Montes Alpha. This wine has layers of bold fruit flavours and complex spicy, cedar aromas adding density and power to the wine, which spent 12 months ageing in new French oak. 

Montes Alpha is one of Chile's most successful wineries, producing a wide range of wines and styles from the Colchagua Valley and further afield.

It is great to have this exceptional producer's wines in store at Regional.

A cheeky little Chardonnay from Burgundy with a little bit more oomph and oak. Great value drinking.

Please note the label on the 375ml bottle does not show  'Le Sept Vignes'  but this is the wine.

Chateau Thivin is the oldest estate on Mont Brouilly, which has remained in family hands for several generations. Grown on steep slopes, harvested manually and vinified using low intervention techniques so as to maximise terroir expression. 

The Brouilly appellation is capable of producing excellent and complex wines, quite unlike the maligned Beaujolais Nouveau. Brouilly produces fruit forward, medium bodied wines, typically from the Gamay grape. 

Le Sept Vignes is a blend of the seven plots of Chateau Thivin, in an effort to represent the region's terroir. This is a delicious, medium bodied red, with slight tannins and a persistent, juicy red-fruit character. Complex yet easy-drinking in it's youth. This wine will grow in elegance given a few years age.

We only use the worlds finest, the Trinitario cocoa from Trinidad and Tobago. This paired with 200 years of unparalleled bitters expertise have resulted in this truly decadent, indulgent new flavour. Top notes of rich bitter, floral, nutty cocoa with a bold infusion of aromatic botanicals provide endless possibilities to remix classic cocktails and put a luxurious spin on a main dish or a sweet treat. Trinidad and Tobago is one of the few countries designated as a 100% fine or flavour cocoa producer. A status it has held for decades.

A Speyside single malt from the Balmenach distillery bottled by the independent bottler Hart Brothers. It was bottled in October 2021 at a natural cask strength of 58,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release.

Oranges, sour candy and black fruit like brambles on the nose give way to a palate that is warming and creamy with mocha notes, nuts and light port aromas.

Distilled in November 2011 and matured in a bourbon cask followed by a virgin oak finish. It was bottled in April 2022 at a natural cask strength of 58,6% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release.

A previously exclusive release in the Causeway Collection that is now available. This 2008 Jupille Casks Single Malt was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021. Aged in Jupille Casks, very obscure French oak barrel produced from the Jupille Forest near the Loire Valley. Incredible notes of black fruits, subtle spices, and pear on the palate. Bottled at cask strength and non chill-filtered.
