Apple Cider
This is New Zealand's first nigori-zake, handcrafted in Queenstown. The distinctive milky colour is caused by residual rice particles left unfiltered in the sake. Nigori-zake is an easily recognisable drink, and is popular as a great accompaniment to sweet and spicy dishes.
Our brand is Zenkura - while 'zen' means all, 'kuro' means black - a simple but powerful combination born in NZ. We start with water from the snow-capped Southern Alps and special sake rice that has been milled to remove the outer 40%, leaving only the best part of each grain for the fermentation to begin.
Best enjoyed chilled.

Tasting Notes
This pre-made bottled Bellini is made with sparkling wine and peach nectar. It has a wonderful bold flavour of peach, which is present on the nose and carries through on the palate, offering a soft creamy texture with the gentle fizz. The flavours are delightful on the taste buds and linger slightly. A delightful way to begin a meal.
Process
Grapes were machine pressed. The pressed juice was then chilled and allowed to clarify for 3 days. The clear juice was racked off lees and transferred to the fermentation tank. The lees were filtered and combined with the rest of the juice. The juice was warmed to 15 degrees celsius and yeast added. The ferment was complete after 17 days and kept at 17-18 degrees and allowed to warm to 20 degrees towards the end to ensure completeness. The base wine was then cold stabilised and filtered, now ready to be converted into a Bellini.
Zundert 10 is a quadrupel, the second beer from Trappist brewery De Kievit in Zundert. It is the big brother of the Zundert 8.
The scent has dried dried fruits, sultry herbs, liquorice and some chocolate. The taste is full and soft, balanced by a nice hop bitterness. The characteristic Zundert spiciness subtly returns in the aftertaste.

Zundert Trappist is a chestnut colored & bottled fermentation.
We opted for a beer we call 'a little stubborn'. That is to say, Zundert Trappist is a beer that you must take the time to really get through. Our Trappist beer has a promising aroma with a hint of herbs and spices.
In the beginning, Zundert Trappist is floral and slightly sweet. Give the beer some time and the character evolves from light caramel to a beautiful and dry hop bitterness. In the long finish, the bitters flow together with a pleasant spiciness in the background.
