100% Chardonnay from 25 to 30 year old vines grown organically and planted on shallow clay-loam soils in the small town of Saint-P?re, facing South-East / South-West. Manual harvesting, sorting in the vineyard and pneumatic pressing of the whole bunches. Natural settling by gravity. Aged on the lees for 10 months. Bottled after a light filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
Pear, honey, brioche, candied citrus fruits on the nose leading to a palate where beautiful minerality perfectly balances the richness of the grape variety. A long saline finish wraps things up nicely.

Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
