Methode albion cider or Sparkling Artisan Cider. Made famous by the French as champagne but discovered at least 50 years earlier by the British cider makers .
This limited vintage is made by close adherence to the English masters. Made only with our own Cider Apples ( predominantly Kingston Black) natural yeast and refermented in bottle for 2 years with Champagne yeast and a 'nutmeg' of sugar to create the fizz.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
