A Belgian-style wheat beer spiced with tangelos from our neighbour's Boric Orchard. Crazy fruity esters of banana courtesy of the yeast and aroma of delicious tangelos, light soft body with a tart finish. 

This is the latest in a series of Hallertau seasonal releases using Boric fruit as an adjunct for delicious beer. 

5.2% ABV

A delicious fruit salad sort of beer thing. Subtle berryish aromas mashed into the oily oat driven mid-pallete. collapsing at the end into a tart morish afternoon pool party.

6.6% ABV

A seriously black stout dominated by intense roasted flavours with solid hop bitterness and warming alcohol on the finish. Drink now or cellar for up to 8 years.

8.8% ABV. 

Hallertau?s iconic seasonal barrel aged sour is back. Embrace the sour side of life. This beer spends two years in Chardonnay barrels partying with the nicest bugs we know. Lean and fruity, peachy and very dry. Delicate, racy and moreish. Now in handy 330ml bottles. Share one with a friend.

The annual release for this in-house collaboration between Thomson Whisky & Hallertau Brewery. Notes of bitter chocolate, espresso coffee , a soupcon of vanilla and a whiff of whisky. A wintery drop for sure
