New Zealand Craft Beer
This dry, tropical and juicy Xtra Pale Ale represents the unique and pure bonds between Hops, Malt and Yeast. In this beer we pay tribute to Idaho-7, Sabro and Nectaron hops where a massive boil-free, double dry hop addition delivers exceptional drinkability with a satisfying and hoppy finish.

Now why would we call it a Sachet Sour, seems weird right. Well, the secret ingredient in this beer comes in a sachet, and may remind you of your childhood, dipping your sticky little fingers into the orange tasting crystals instead of pouring them into the water as they were intended.

A pale sour beer, aged for up to 2 years in wine barrels and then another year on fresh, local and organic feijoas from Helen and Peter at Quinta Feijoas (just down the road in Omaha) who have supplied the fruit for the last 6 years.

From NZ's first dedicated non-alcoholic craft brewery, State of Play, comes a Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale. Double the hops. Double the brewtiful beery bitterness. Nectaron is a new hop from NZ Hops that has the complete Kiwi signature - it is very fresh, fruity and fun (and yum). A lot of Nectaron is added as a 'Dry Hop'. This is at the very end of the brewing process. Hops added at the very end of brewing will give you the upfront aroma and flavour.
Using a special yeast, this beer is naturally brewed, retaining all the flavour while only producing a tiny amount of alcohol - in this UNFILTERED PALE ALE it is only 0.3% ABV.

So now Kiwis have a choice – a wonderfully balanced IPA for all day refreshment, a hoptastic Nectaron unfiltered Pale Aleto satisfy a crafty urge and now a brew packed full of sunshine – Sunbreaker Ale.
Emerson's - The orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, a hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

X Pale Ale
Our multi award winning extra pale ale. Super refreshing with punchy hop character and a bright balanced finish.
A velvety milk stout, brewed with oats, organic cocoa powder and cocoa nibs. This decadent combination is apparent on both aroma and taste, with earthy cocoa and dark berryfruit leading into a creamy, sweet finish balanced with a touch of bitterness.
An apt companion for the Winter season, we think that this beer will also make a perfect dessert with the addition of a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
For this years release of our Chocolate Stout we've used cacao nibs and cocoa husks from Lucid Chocolatier for a smooth chocolate hit, and oats for velvety texture

Ultra Low Carb Lager
A crisp, clean and lean New Zealand style lager with 50% fewer carbs than mainstream lagers.
Biscuity pilsner malt and distinctive Motueka and Riwaka hops bringing aromas of lemon and lime. Nelson Sauvin for a tart gooseberry hit. Straw coloured appearance, brilliantly clear, with a long lasting white head. Crisp and bitter. Medium dry finish.
