The latest release in our ongoing series of foraged flower and fruit beers.
Freshly foraged cherry blossoms are immersed in a light golden wort, sparking a spontaneous fermentation solely using the wild yeast present on the cherry blossoms themselves. Aged in oak and refermented on a bed of sweet cherries, the resulting drop is a delightfully tart and explosively vibrant red sparkling beer bursting with ripe cherry flavour, sitting at a delectable 9.1%. Oh how lovely.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
