Save Our Souls Vermentino Heathcote Australia 2019

A super tasty dry white from Australia's Heathcote region but made from the Italian grape, Vermentino. Flavours run the gamut of golden goodness with white floral notes, pear, lime, cinnamon, brioche and candied pineapple.
All grapes in this wine were hand picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel with wild yeasts to full dryness.
Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally and the wine was bottled in February with minimal racking and no filtration. Sulphur dioxide was added to preserve freshness at bottling, with 40ppm.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
