Created to be a sweeter, lighter Blended Scotch Whisky, this was the first whisky created by Stephanie Macleod. Thanks to both the unique double ageing process and golden water source, Dewar?s 15 Year Old is unusually smooth, with flavour notes of honey, toffee and floral.

Nose: balanced Sherried spices, nutty elements and apple skin.

Palate: Oily walnut, fresh malt and sultanas. Chewy vanilla toffee.

Finish: sweet dried fruit notes with touch of grassiness.

The Ballantine?s blend is comprised of malt from three main distilleries of which Glenburgie is one (the other two are Glentauchers and Miltonduff). This branded distillery release was bottled at 15 years of age after maturation in American Oak casks.

Aromas of sweet red apples, blackcurrant and honeycomb on the nose lead to a palate offering notes of caramel, lively orange and creamy vanilla

A collaboration between the The Famous Grouse's master of wood and their master blender. The whisky is finished in Spanish red wine casks to gain its subtle flavours of red fruit and dark chocolate.

Since its acquisition in 1996 by Louis Jadot, Château des Jacques occupies a prominent place among lovers of age-worthy Beaujolais. The Burgundy methods adopted both in winemaking and élevage, allow to develop more muscular cuvées graced with astonishing aromatic depth. Subtle cocoa notes are joined by violet, cherry and tea in this Morgon that can easily handle a good five years in cellar.

P?tillant Naturel is an ancient method of making sparkling wine, which has its origins in France and dates back further than Champagne. The wine is bottled prior to fully completing its first fermentation in tank, allowing carbon dioxide to be produced by the natural sugars found in the grapes. 

This is 100% Riesling and shows a lovely mineral nature with zest and floral notes leading to a long crisp finish. The fruit is organic and the wine is bottled on site with no added sulphur, unfined and unfiltered.

A peated blended malt Scotch whisky, Master Distiller Billy Walker has combined whiskies matured in first fill Bourbon, Oloroso, Virgin Oak and Red Wine casks to produce this rich golden spirit. Bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and natural colour,  the spirit was first matured at GlenAllachie distillery before the final cask vatting was blended by Billy.

This 19-year-old Glencadam has been finished in sweet oloroso-sherry casks for a bit of extra depth, complexity and notes of fruit cake, nuts, raisins and spice.

The Glenfarclas 8 years old Speyside single malt is a pleasant combination of bourbon and sherry casks.

With its vibrant citrus notes and intense creamy texture, Glenmorangie 19 Years Old celebrates our Distillery?s signature style. Showcasing the mastery and vision of our whisky creators, this delicate expression was carefully aged in only the finest American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before it was deemed to have reached its utmost balance of maturity and finesse. The resulting expression, so venerable, yet so vibrant, augments the soft and smooth character for which Glenmorangie is renowned, with a deep complexity and surprising zestiness.

A big peaty expression from the Glenturret Distillery, with a lovely balanced flavour profile of nutty malt, oaky smoke and vibrant citrus.

This Elementary Range was launched in 2016 and Carbon focuses on the use of charred casks. Charring releases a different set of flavours and also helps purify the whisky to a certain extent. The result is a smooth and rich blended whisky.

Grant's Elementary range focusses on the science behind whisky making and the age statement of each of the expressions is also the same as its element's atomic number.

Oxygen expression is an 8 year old blended grain Scotch whisky.
