Pale Ale
Field Way combines 4 different fruity New Zealand grown hop varieties to create complex aromas and flavours of sweet lemon, lime, and mandarin marmalade with a hint of the herb garden. To balance all this zesty hop character we use one of our favourite base malts, the Pale Ale Malt from the Malteurope Maltings at Marton in the Rangitikei and a dash of toffee tinged caramalt malt from the Bairds Maltings in Scotland. The result is a hoppy fruity yet well balanced pale ale that makes a perfect foil to a chilli oil laced pizza at Long Beach.

We've got them. Some said we couldn't. But we did.
A fresh re-up of NZ hops from our friends over the Tasman. Big fat stacks of Nelson Sauvin in all its white grape pushing, gooseberry slinging, passionfruit hustling glory packed & stacked into this soft and hazy little number. Post ferm it's loaded up with a mean dose of low-temp kilned Riwaka, and topped off with a sprinkle of Citra Cryo. Choice as.

Panhead - Pours pale gold like dawn on a summers day. It?s also a bit hazy obviously. Citrus and tropical aromas come jumping out of the glass with orange, mango and stonefruit notes all along for the ride. A soft and silking mouthfeel with more of those juicy fruit notes is balanced but a pithy grapefruit zest bitterness and clean refreshing finish.
An easy eski companion, inspired by an iconic ride. Tropical. Juicy. A southern hemisphere sun chaser. Drop the tailgate, catch rays and recline in a wagon built for sha? sharing.

When the clich? was coined that dogs are humanity?s best friends, it was a Greyhound they had in mind. Whether your plans involve a run or a rest, a greyhound is up for joining in. We?ve dedicated our low carb hazy pale ale to them, and kept it fittingly lean and easy-going, with sparkling citrus hop characters, good balance, and a crisp finish.

Greyhound is our take on a low carbohydrate pale ale. With 30% less carbohydrates than our Magic Dart Pale Ale, this brew is the quintessential summer refresher. Plenty of hop character, with a restrained bitterness so the lighter body isn't overpowered.
THE YARN BEHIND THE BREW The English Greyhound is the Usain Bolt of the animal kingdom - long, lean and athletic. Taranaki has a long history with these fine species, being the first region to introduce the Greyhound for hunting hare in the late 19th century (or 'coursing' as the purists like to call it). This Low Carb Pale Ale with Simcoe and Mosaic is for the greyhound in all of us, the pure athlete hidden behind a thin layer of beer belly. Tally Ho!
