Carrick Pinot Gris is a dry, fleshy wine with impressive weight and texture in the mouth. It's made using whole bunch fermentation with wild yeasts with lees stirring to enhance complexity in the wine, 60% of which was fermented in older French oak barrels with lees aging for six months.
This is a lovely structural white wine that sits nicely in the glass, perfect as a late afternoon aperitif.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
