Shockingly good given the difficulties in Crozes during the growing season (it rained - a lot), the 2021 Crozes-Hermitage Silene has a pretty, complex, elegant perfume of red berries, spring flowers, cedary herbs, and pepper, with some classic Northern Rh?ne bacon fat. Nicely textured, medium-bodied, and elegant, with good ripeness, it's a rock-solid, classic, old school-styled Crozes to enjoy over the coming 7-8 years.

Commercial description

Cote-Rotie "La Turque" is one of the flagship of the Domaine Guigal. A powerful wine with spicy notes, its terroirs from the Cote Brune with ?blond accents? lends it a great elegance.

Overall : With all the virility of the C?te Brune, La Turque also has all the subtlety and femininity of the C?te Blonde.

Commercial description

The C?te-R?tie ? La Mouline ? is one of the most emblematic of the Guigal domain?s wines. Small quantities are produced each year from a vineyard in the heart of the ?C?te Blonde?. This is a voluptuous, silky and intensely aromatic wine.

Terraced wines in the shape of a Roman amphitheatre. Gneis with lighly coloured silicone soil with limestone l?ss.

Eye : Ruby red with red vermillion tints.
Nose : Small red fruits, blackberry and floral violet aromas.Intensely aromatic, powerful but full of finesse.
Palate : Supple with balance between the finesse of the aromas and an explosive richness due to the concentration of the wine. Greatly expressive of the terroir.
Overall : A feminine wine with voluptuous silky texture and intense aromas.

This is an archetypal expression of the finesse and elegance of the wines of C?te-R?tie made with grapes grown on the Silicone limestone of the C?te Blonde and the iron oxide rich soils of the C?te Brune.

96% Syrah and 4% Viognier from vines that with an average age of 30+ years. Fermentation is in closed stainless steel tanks using automatic punching down and
temperature control over and average of 3 weeks. 36 months in oak - 50% new.

Dark ruby red in the glass with aromas of spice, red berries and delicate oak. Sumptuous round tannins on the palate balance deep raspberry, blackberry and
vanilla flavours.

C?te-R?tie AOC is one of the most prestigious regions in the Rhone valley. This cuv?e is a blend of grapes from the C?te Brune and the C?te Blonde. This is an elegant yet powerful wine. The nose is fruity yet subtle, with fresh berry, gentle spice and smoky characteristics. The palate is concentrated and well balanced, with an excellent silky texture. An exceptional example of C?te-R?tie .

Outstanding spicy, concentrated expression of Syrah from the St Joseph appellation in France's northern Rhone Valley. Beautiful rich dark red with flavour to burn and ability to age, although it's super tasty right now - decant and enjoy in a large glass. 

Only old vine Grenache (between 75-90 years) is used to make this wine. This is a deep, rich and vibrant red. The nose is very complex with notes of raspberry, licourice and spices. This is an opulent, generously fruity wine. Drink from now through to 2027.

From the Cairanne sub-region in the Cotes du Rhone. This is a powerful yet nuanced wine with an excellent smoothness. This Cote du Rhone is defined by its ripe fruit character and peppery spice. Excellent concentration and earthiness makes for a complex, satisfying red.

The ‘La Loye’ Condrieu is an expertly crafted, high-end Rhone white. Very pure and intensely aromatic on the nose. The palate is rich and textural , with great freshness and crunchy minerality. Notes of lemon, peach, melon and apricot. 100% Viognier.

The Domaine des Espiers is located in the heart of Vaucluse, between the banks of the Ouvèze and Dentelles de Montmirail. This is an excellent value Cote du Rhone with smooth tannins, warm berry fruit flavours and a medium body. 

Dry, dark and full bodied wine with impressive structure, made from 100% Syrah grown on 20 to 50 year old vines planted on limestone, sand and pebbles in the appellation of St Joseph. This wine is fermented in stainless steel and was aged for 16 months in second fill oak barrels.
