This Blender's Edition allows you to discover the smoky side of The Famous Grouse. A rare peated malt is used here to produce a delightfully sweet and smoky whisky.
Nose: Medium, quite smoky. Solid peat note, rummy sweetness, touch of dry wood.
Palate: Medium, balanced. Peat smoke, caramel, spice.
Finish: Long, slightly peaty.
This expression was created by resting The Famous Grouse smooth blend in freshly toasted new oak casks, for a twist on one of the world's most popular blends.
Nose: Candied fruits, buttery shortbread, delicate citrus peel and butterscotch sweetness.
Palate: Oak, layers of creamy vanilla, caramelised sugar, dried fruits, soft spices and a hint of wood smoke alongside toasted marshmallows.
Finish: A smooth, well-balanced finish.
A collaboration between the The Famous Grouse's master of wood and their master blender. The whisky is finished in Spanish red wine casks to gain its subtle flavours of red fruit and dark chocolate.

A seasonal release from Famous Grouse, it's Winter Reserve. In keeping with its festive theme, the blend features a generous amount of sherried malt whiskies, so there's all that delicious seasonal spice that sherry casks are known for.
Nose: Raisins, dried apricot, sweet orange citrus and honey.
Palate: gingerbread, nutmeg and cinnamon alongside dark chocolate praline.
Finish: Well rounded oak spice.
One of four new Fettercairn expressions to be launched in August 2018, the Fettercairn 12 Year Old was intended to embody the distillery?s floral and exotic fruit-driven character. It was matured in American oak ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV.
Nose: Refreshing nectarine, white flowers and milk chocolate emerge initially. Black toffee and subtle roasted coffee provide darker notes underneath,
Palate: Tropical fruit and sticky Jamaican ginger cake add a sweet and spicy depth which a flicker of bitter herbs and vanilla complement.
Finish: Orchard fruits and soft spices linger.
Finlaggan is very much the SECRET Islay, as the name of the distillery from which it comes is a closely guarded secret and known to only a select few.
Colour: Very pale straw with lemony-yellow highlights.
Nose: Full & pungent with an earthy smokiness & fresh hints of ozone.
Flavour: Dry, smoky & fresh, clean & big-bodied. Finish: Long & smooth with a smoky-burnt oakiness & a very slight edge of richness.
The Finlaggan range features single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed Islay distillery, bottled by the Vintage Malt Whisky Company. The range has seen a few expansions in recent years - this early 2016 release has enjoyed a finishing period in port casks, resulting in yummy, wine-like sweetness blending with the smoky, coastal peat.
Released in 2016, this is a small batch release of Finlaggan which is finished in sherry casks and bottled at 46% vol, for a ripe smoky flavour.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: rich peat smoke, and big ripe fruits. Old leather and a hint of tobacco.
Palate: Thick chewy peat and rich fruity notes. make and sea salt. Oranges and dried fruits.
Finish: Long and warming. More smoke and fruit.
