A summer project for the team at Sunshine Brewery. Local watermelon, lime juice and guava create a refreshing heavy fruited sour. A heavy wheat grist provides plenty of body to balance all the light fruit making this a perfect sipper through the summer and autumn months.

Ruby Red Kiwifruit is known for its delicate berry and tropical flavours on top of the familiar lip-smacking tart bite, which pairs perfectly with this crisp, refreshing sour ale.

Drop into the velvety depths of this mysterious fruited sour. Bursting with vibrant plum and cherry flavours and a zesty twist, this brew is bound to liven up even the darkest days.

This beer started out as two seperate barrels that we filled in 2018. Three years later we blended the two barrels together before separating the blend out into two different finishing barrels. This part of the blend was finished in an american oak barrel with 250g/L blueberries and raspberries.
