Following a trio of limited release hits, Awesome Mix West Coast IPA has been inducted into our core range! The newest mix takes cues from each of its earlier iterations, delivering a massive, hoppy hit from the all-American hops used, with bold notes of pine resin, twisted citrus peel, ripe tropical and stone fruit, and a pleasing hint of herbs.

Best Bitter blends five speciality malts to give the ideal balance of sweetness, providing well rounded toffee and biscuit characteristics. This is in combination with just the right amount of hops to accent the bitterness, and give a fruity, earthy aroma without dominating this malt-driven beer.

Chasing Hazy is our answer to the call for a hazy that delivers everything loved about this style of beer. Our brewers have crafted a juicy hop bomb, that delivers big on the citrus, passionfruit and stone-fruit notes. Sitting at 5.2%, it?s thirst-quenching and easy-drinking, but brings you that unmistakable hazy flavour and mouthfeel ? a distinctively soft, smooth body and just the right amount of bitterness.

Nectaron brings intensely tropical characteristics to a brew, alongside citrus and stone fruit. Think pineapple and passionfruit, sitting alongside grapefruit and peach. Added to our Pale Ale, it delivers a juicy and sessionable flavour that is sure to delight the senses.

Pinner Pilsner is a Tavern favourite ? try it once and it?s easy to see why. It?s an aromatic, crisp, and hop-forward New Zealand Pilsner, sitting at a sessionable 4.8% ABV. A great example of what a New Zealand style Pilsner should be, showcasing crisp citrus and juicy tropical fruit characters.

This golden, refreshing beer conjures up a fruity hop aroma, supported by a good malt balance. We?ve left behind the high hop bitterness of a typical pilsner, to create an easy-drinking (and award-winning) style. Extremely sessionable, The O.G. Pilsner has earned itself a solid reputation in our core range.

Six quality malts give this smooth, full-bodied German-style Doppelbock a dark almost black colour and a rich, dominant malt aroma and sweetness. It has a warming but soft, smooth mouth feel, whilst the aroma is toasted and biscuity with delicate hints of caramel. We reckon this multi-award winning Doppelbock might just be The Greatest of All Time ? and the judges agree.

Our world-famous fresh hop pilsner has doubled down on a duo of Riwaka™ and NZH-106 hops; locally picked, lovingly packed, and back to the brew mere minutes after harvesting.

Sprig + Fern Brewing Co.?s Norty Porter is brewed with a combination of five speciality malts, with the addition of cacao nibs bringing a luscious chocolate aromatic and flavour. This creamy chocolate beer is smooth and silky, right to the last drop.
But don?t take our word for it ? this beer picked up a TOP 30 medal win in the 2023 New World Beer & Cider Awards, with the judges calling it ?the liquid form of a chocolate mousse? and going on to encourage drinkers to ?forget any notions you might have of dark beers being too heavy or charry-bitter; this is elegant, feather-light and smooth ? and a wonderful chocolate delivery mechanism?. It also picked up a silver medal in the Australian International Beer Awards.

FINALIST AT THE 2024 WEST COAST IPA CHALLENGE
Much like a game of Tetris ? and Tracy?s tank plan at the Brewery ? the flavours and aromas of our 2024 West Coast IPA Challenge entry certainly slot right in to place. A dank and resinous aroma greets you at the glass, while the palate delivers orange peel, apricot and tropical fruits, followed by a crisp, assertive bitterness and an oily, smooth finish.
At last, a non-alcoholic craft beer you can rely on as closely as your Wingmate!
Utilising carefully selected malts and yeast, we?ve produced a beer that is no more than 0.5% per can ? while still delivering on flavour.
Wingmate is our non-alcoholic hazy IPA and delivers everything you love about craft beer, with none of the alcohol. Our brewers have cracked the recipe to creft a truly smashable drop, with a pleasant hoppy aromatic from the combination of Idaho 7 and Nectaron hops used within.
It?s aromatic and full-flavoured, hazy and delicious, but entirely non-alcoholic. You can always rely on your Wingmate.
