Kasteel Donker is a member of the Belgian quadrupel family. These are strong, sweet to bitter, dark brown beers where the malt predominates. They were inspired by the beers of the Trappist brewers. It is a full-mouthed, malty beer with touches of caramel, coffee and chocolate coming from the roast malt. The sweet initial taste is quite surprising. Further tasting shows this beer to be intriguingly complex.

Chardonnay with bubbles combines two of the wine world's most popular things and this wine comes from Limoux in the southern French region of Languedoc. This is a fresh, crisp wine made using the Champagne method. Extended ageing on the lees adds toasted notes and a rich texture. This wine is exceptionally good for the price.
Hefe-Wei?bier Non-Alcoholic has the same full wheat beer flavour as its big brother. Unfiltered, refreshing and vitalising. A great thirst quencher, which can turn a break in your day into a Bavarian taste experience.

Made to the same base of recipes since 1821, Dolin Vermouth de Chamb?ry has long been the benchmark for fine Vermouth. Inventors of the Blanc, Dolin is equally famous for it's very light, pale Dry. In the late 19th century, Dolin won medals in Paris, London, St. Louis and Philadelphia and in 1932 earned Chamb?ry France's only Appellation d' Origine for Vermouth. Dolin Vermouth de Chamb?ry is made of fine wines and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chamb?ry. Together they impart a fresh and elegant nose, with a subtle and complex palate. Ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails. Tasting notes: Dolin Vermouths are notably lighter, drier and less pungent than their larger commercial counterparts. The particular mixture of plants found near Chamb?ry give a fresh, restrained and elegant nose, with a subtle, complex bittersweet palate. Even the Blanc and Rouge retain great balance, with the sugar never cloying, and just enough bitterness to whet the appetite. A refreshing alcohol-free beer with character. Unlike many other alcohol-free beers, Palm 0.0 brings an extra flavourful experience thanks to hops from their own hops field. The selected malts give the beer its typical amber colour.

Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure/enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage.
