LOOKS: Bright. Crystalline.
SMELLS: Classic juniper, in an instant. Subtle floral hints of lavender & orange blossom follow close by. Deeper earthy tones of cinnamon bark & nutmeg arrive next, but be prepared for a fresh burst of multiple citrus to linger longer.
TASTES: Full frontal assault to the palate, a juniper & orange zest mixture. Closely followed by sweet lemon, taking over your entire palate. Minimum heat, minimum burn. Frontal palate flavours dominate, with small floral notes on the back palate. Jasmine and lavender, quite delicious.
FINISH: A warming numbness with continued juniper. Surprisingly long finish, coming back with waves of orange & mixed floral notes. Dry Gin, at its prime.

Produced in the Maconnais region of Burgundy, Macon-Villages is vinified with no oak contact to retain the elegant aromas and clean, fresh character that this region is prized for. The vineyard soils have a high percentage of chalk and limestone which impart nuanced minerality.

Lively new Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough with smoothness and interesting textural mouthfeel from a portion (1%) of barrel fermentation and 8% wild yeast ferment both adding complexity to the vibrant fruity appeal.
Tropical aromas and creamy notes add complexity to this wine, which drinks beautifully now with fresh fish and can age for three to five years.
This is one of the most sought after, cult Beaujolais and available on allocation only. Earthy, complex and limited - our allocation is 12 bottles only and that's it for 2024.

Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.
Like its namesake, Little Biddy Botanical Dry Gin, is robust and hardworking with a striking aromatic bite.
