After visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest, Four Pillars realised olive oil could be a brilliant botanical alongside olive leaf. The aroma, flavour and texture of fresh olive is stunning, and they did a year of trials before finalising the recipe for this gin.
The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot.
They have used olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. This gin is savoury, textural and bright. Perfect for any Martini - Gibson, dirty, or dry with a twist. For a longer drink try it in a Spanish-inspired gintonic, with rosemary and lemon.
The latest release from The Shed Distillery: an Irish gin with an exotic twist! This gin is distilled with more than 12 oriental botanicals, gunpowder tea, and a hint of Sardinian citrus--one of the rarest citrus fruits in the world found only on the island of Sardinia. The mix of botanicals and gunpowder tea gives this gin a uniquely fragrant, almost exotic aroma. Flavours are a delightful meld of orange and grapefruit, which leads to a mysterious finish. Best enjoyed in a smooth, refreshing cocktail or on its own with a generous wedge of fresh red grapefruit.
Lemon verbena from Little River, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a bright citrus gin with herbaceous notes and a hint of peppery spice. Zingy and vivacious with a glorious lemony scent. Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa.
Southward Distilling Co. - There is a place where adventure starts. This wild place is the inspiration for our distillery. Made up of garden grown, wild and traditional botanicals. We are a modern take on distilling inspired by the wild beauty of New Zealand.
Bold, balanced, and full of flavour, our Mountain Gin is made for adventuring. Confident enough to stand on its own, but cooperative enough to work with any tonic you could throw at it, this gin makes a great addition to the team.
Highly recommended for nights around the campfire, and sharing with friends ? especially those who don?t think they?re big on gin (spoiler alert; they will be).
Notes: Juniper, juicy citrus, rosemary and lavender.
Made in Wellington, New Zealand.
A clean and balanced gin with top notes of grapefruit, juniper, chamomile, and cardamon. Base notes of spice, pine, and pepper, held together with the complexity of angelica root.
Fresh enough for a GnT, complex enough for a Martini or Nergoni
Knocknaveagh is the flagship gin for The Cambridge Distillery Company, named after the homestead from which a journey of discovery commenced in 1862.
A gin that balanced the strictures of tradition with the freedoms of adventure, by using classic botanicals and combining them in modern ways to take you on a voyage of exploration.
Knocknaveagh is simple and fresh enough to be the mainstay of any GnT, with layers of complexity to keep you returning to the glass.
The ?Cambridge Dry? Style, conceived as the counter point to a London Dry, nods respectfully to tradition but brings a twist of modernity.
To complement the base foundations of juniper, coriander, and angelica, a selection of additional botanicals including cardamon, grapefruit, black pepper, and chamomile take you in a new and exciting direction, away from a juniper heavy blend whilst still invoking the past.
Coronita 210ml is the perfect small presentation of the classic Mexican beer, Corona. Loved in the warm, coastal regions of Mexico, this smaller bottle ensures your beer stays refreshingly cold. Mexicans prefer Coronita for its convenience and the ability to enjoy a cold beer without it warming up too quickly. Ideal for savoring every sip in the hot Mexican sun.
Scapegrace Black Gin is only possible because nature itself led the way through an infinite maze of botanicals and technique. A maze with only one exit. Aronia Berry, Saffron, Pineapple, Butterfly Pea and Sweet Potato. Blended in set amounts at precise temperatures in a defined sequence, to create something made of nothing, and nothing made of something. This is that flavor. This is the taste of Black.
The colour is naturally black thanks to a unique collection of natural extracts including aronia berry, saffron, pineapple, butterfly pea, sweet potato and a collection of natural botanicals sourced from local plants, flowers and berries.
Zeffer - This Kiwi classic has won too many awards (and fans) to mention on here. Delicious is the only way to describe this cider. If you can imagine a freshly baked slice of apple crumble served with vanilla ice cream? this sums up the taste of this beautifully balanced cider perfectly.
Our head cidermaker crafts this ingenious flavour using freshly crushed apples infused with cinnamon, vanilla and blackberry leaves.
No nonsense ? just real cider crafted from all-natural ingredients in sunny Hawke?s Bay by a few friends.
5.0% ABV.
An infusion of three Kentish hops adorns this beautifully balanced, blood-orange tinted British bitter with an acutely aromatic allure. Hints of marmalade, red grapes and pepper are thrust from a springboard of warm, mellow malts. The floating fruity finish signs off with a smidgen of spice and raspberry.
4.5% ABV.

"The nose here has attractive, deep-set blackberries and plums that follow on the palate with assertive, mocha-flavored oak that builds on the finish. Drink or hold." James Suckling
"From the Jumilla region in central Spain from grapes grown in certified organic vineyards. Rich, flavoursome red with dark berry, savoury/new leather, spice, baked earth and vanilla flavours. Gutsy red with a pleasingly rustic edge. Best with food." Bob Campbell MW
Tasting Note: Deep-red coloured wine with purple edges, with an extremely intense aroma of red and ripe fruit, pleasantly creamy, accompanied by touches of toasty oak. It is fruity and flavourful in the mouth, meaty and gamey with smoked charcuterie notes and soft, ripe tannins. Vanilla and cinnamon accent the finish.
Winemaking Notes: The harvest is done by hand at the optimum ripening time. Each grape variety was separately fermented and macerated with their own peels during 15/20 days at a controlled temperature no higher than 28?C. Ageing: 4 months in American oak barrels.
Certification: Organic
Alcohol: 14.5%
Varietal: Monastrell, Syrah and Petit Verdot

Le Tribute Gin comes in a beautiful light green fluted glass with glorious copper accents that has been designed to look like an antique medicine bottle.
This gin was made by the same team who created the highly celebrated Gin Mare. Distilled seven times with a focus on citrus botanicals, Le Tribute is a stunningly vibrant citrus gin. Citric presence on the nose with fruity and juniper notes. Fresh and fruity on the palate with vibrant citric notes and an underlying touch of lemongrass and juniper. Fresh yet dry enough.
The tonic has specially sourced quinine from the Loja Provence in Ecuador and has notes of Lemongrass to pair perfectly with the gin.
It is uniquely bottled, consisting of two separate sections, separated by glass, but fused together. One section is filled with a black liqueur, consisting of coffee and whiskey flavours, the other is filled with a white liqueur of milk white chocolate.
When pouring into a lowball glass, the white liqueur should be gently floated on top of the black liqueur.
A 10 Year Old single malt from Aberlour distillery that spent most of its ageing in bourbon barrels and sherry casks from Jerez, before it was treated to a finish in French Limousin oak casks. It's called Forest Reserve as a nod to the commitment of the distillery to conserving the forest in the Speyside region, where the distillery resides.
Aberlour 10yo is a great entry-level malt, ideal for beginners, with a fine sherried spiciness. Pound for pound, this is one of the best that Speyside has to offer.
