One almost has to wonder at first glance if it will taste syrupy, as its texture seems to threaten, but will likely be pleased to find that it has a fruity, nutty flavor that seems to miss the tongue and leave the drinker wanting another taste right away. As a 4 year old, little wood is evident in itsflavour. Instead it shows its cereal roots and a foxyquality from its wild yeast strain. This gives Jim Beam White a uniqueflavour not apparent in other Beam products. The colour is a nice, balancedamber, more red than orange. The nose is slightly perfumy.
