LEFFE RUBY
Leffe Ruby is the first abbey beer ever to be combined with red fruit. It is light, mild and very aromatic, with a refreshing and slightly spicy flavour. The subtle hints of rosewood make this a perfectly balanced beer.
Aroma: Spicy (clove), fruity (raspberries, strawberries, citrus), floral, with woody notes.
Taste: With its sweet and fruity aroma, Leffe Ruby reveals a palette of flavours characterised by slightly spicy red fruit notes.
Alcohol content: 5%
Recommended serving temperature: 5 ?C
Perfect to enhance the taste of: White fish, sweet desserts, goat cheese, red fruit, cured ham and melon.
The pale malts used give this tripel its deep, ocher colour.
Grimbergen Tripel has a bittersweet, spicy and extremely round flavor. The typical spicyness is created by using blonde candy sugar and the subtle mix of soft and bitter hop varieties.The secondary fermentation gives the flavour bouquet a perfect harmony. You'll especially appreciate the perfect aftertaste of this beer.

The Tripel d'Anvers may be a strong blonde beer with 8% alcohol. Yet deep down it is very soft due to the slightly sweet and spicy flavors. In other words, a real soft Tripel.
You will quickly notice: this is a beer packed with flavor. Be surprised by the slightly sweet taste of the first sip and the fresh, sparkling notes. Enjoy the spicy aroma with subtle hints of orange peel and coriander and the full-bodied aftertaste.

This Platinum Blend is a blend of jonge lambikken and four-year old oude lambikken only, originating from six different brews and two different barrels. One quarter of the blend consists of lambikken brewed with our own sourced cereals from different fields in Brabant. The weighted average age of the blend is a good 21 months, and the oldest lambik was brewed at the beginning of 2017.
We added some local honey from our own beehives to the blend. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.

Chouffe Alcohol Free is the newest addition to Brasserie D?Achouffe and their first alcohol free beer. Based on La Chouffe but without the alcohol, it is refreshing and light. It is brewed with a special type of yeast that doesn?t turn the sugars into alcohol. Great if you are tea-total, the designated driver or just prefer alcohol free beer.
