First off the rank in our 2024 Pastry Stout lineup, is a luxurious Red Velvet Cake inspired drop. Brewed with a decadent dose of cocoa husk, lactose and a selection of specialty malts. The addition of beets gives a rich, dark red hue.

We're at it again, collaborating with our favourite chilli wizards, Apostle Hot Sauce. For this spicy and sour brew, we?ve thrown in a mountain of blueberry, and topped it off with fermented chilli (jalape?o and habanero) and szechuan peppercorns for that mildly electric buzz.
Introducing San M?l?; a tingling and fruity sour-saint.
Squeezing the last out of summer, we bring you a double release fiesta of sangr?a inspired sour beers. This sangr?a blanca sorbet sour is refreshing and fruity, with white grapes, white grapefruit and guava. Look out for our contrasting red sangr?a version.

Upcycle, Imperial Pastry Stout, transforms surplus bananas rescued by Kaibosh, into a decadently smooth, banana and caramel liquid banoffee pie. Look-out for our matching Duncan?s x Offcut cap; the inspiration for the label artwork. Created from a punchy and bright upcycled textile. 5% of beer sales will be donated to Kaibosh Food Rescue.

The purple prince of beers. Waiporoporo Lemonade is a smashable sorbet sour and is brewed with pea blossom flowers, lemon, lime, and our boi lactose. A refreshing AF beverage that?s tart, a little sweet, and well? waiporoporo. Kia ora summer, let's partay!

Duncan's - This beer is the Mango Lassi of east coast IPA's. Brewed with mango, vanilla, lactose and a tonne of tropical fruity hops.

A deliciously sticky Toffee Apple Pastry Sour beer, brewed with our good friends Peckham?s Cidery & Orchard. Toffee malt and lactose impart a full-bodied sweetness that complements the earthy caramel profile from Major apples, harvested from Peckham?s orchard in the 2024 season.
Yum yum is a Japanese style lager brewed with Yuzu to give a big refreshing citrus hit.
uzu is a type of Japanese citrus that has similar flavours to lemon, grapefruit and lime.
