Taking it?s inspiration from the ocean, our Wave gin is our take on a more classic style of gin. We wanted to balance our bold Mountain gin with something that gives a nod to what you may be familiar with in a Gin.
At a slightly higher proof of 47% to still maintain a boldness in cocktails, we use sugar kelp to give this gin a touch of sweetness, while being balanced with rose, subtle citrus and liquorice root. The Wave is versatile gin for all your cocktails and great for classic gin lovers.

This beer takes its name from Estrella the spanish word for 'star' and Damm, the founding family's name. Since 1876 this beer has been brewed according to the original recipe. Golden in colour, this crisp lager is rounded with dark-roasted notes to give it personality and final flavour.
Glendalough - St Kevin, the man on our bottle, stood apart. This gin does the same. We sustainably forage what grows wild in the mountains around our distillery. It goes fresh into the still that very day, making for a beautifully balanced, deeply layered, terroir-inspired gin. Botanical oils may cloud when mixed - that's a good thing!
Appleton Estate Signature Blend is a ?blended rum?, which means it is a combination of several rums of different styles and ages and does not have an age statement.
