One of our staff reckons this is his secret weapon of seduction. Bearing that in mind I was reluctant to try it for fear of falling into his web, but when I did I found it goes wonderfully with a martini and even drizzled on top of plain vanilla ice cream.; A great gift for any would-be lothario or temptress.

This peach macerated liqueur offers great purity and intensity of fruit flavour. This is a perfect drink for enjoying on ice, blended with white wine or in a cocktail.

Briottet's Mandarine liqueur is made from mandarin distillate. The zest of the fruit offers an intense and pure flavour. Extra-fine white sugar is added in order to create a fine liqueur which reveals all the subtlety of the fruit.

A classy aperitif, il Specialino, an alcoholic bitter with a base of Aromatized Wine, obtained from the infusion of bitter Alpine herbs characterized by an intense aroma and ruby red colour.

Perfumed digestive liqueur from Haute-Provence, the Farigoule (which means thyme in Provence), is the very spirit of the scents of Provence. The digestive virtues of thyme make it possible to finish the meal on a light, fragrant and sweet note.

- It is also appreciated in a coffee background at the end of a meal.

- It can also be used in cooking on a grilled chicken, or to enhance the flavors of a pan fried Gambas, or deglazing a sauce accompanying a rabbit.

This Damson Plum & Blackberry Gin Liqueur is inspired by an old English sloe gin recipe using New Zealand grown autumn fruits.  The plums have been macerated for 4 months in a dry gin styled specifically for this liqueur developing sour cherry line tones which are prominent on the front palate.  The sweetness of the blackberry and the delicate spices and citrus of the gin fill the background creating a truly characterful gin liqueur.  Drink chilled, straight as a dessert liqueur or with ice and mixers as a delicious gin cocktail.

Koakoa - This Limoncello is koakoas signature offering.  We select the best quality New Zealand fruit and handcraft a liqueur which is described as bright, zesty citrus with a hint of sherbet lemons and bonbons.  It has a soft, creamy lemon start with a flash of citrus blossom and lemon meringue pie.

Beautiful blend of macerated green and red rhubarb gives Briottet’s rhubarb liqueur its unique taste and its slightly pink colour. A powerful and generous nose, a round palate with a hint of acidity, and a charming finish.

Briottet's melon liqueur is obtained by macerating melons in a mix of water and alcohol for more than two months. The infusion which results from that process is herbaceous and very fruity.

Brick red core with a mahogany rim. The nose has a complex and intense bouquet of red and black cherries overlaid with almond and marzipan aromas. The palate has a smooth round taste with a hint of almond. A strong essence of cherries with a spicy nose on the finish.

After creating our tasty  coffee and vodka elixr, a certain someone had a few too many from the company stash and accidently (but fortuitously) siphoned whisky into our vodka tank. Call it Visky, Wodka, whatever, this cock-up of a concoction will give you a kick with full hoof.  This Black Batch Coffee Liquor is the Black Goat of the family. A coffee liquor for shot takers and cocktail makers. Shake it, savour it, sip it or shoot it. Hell, we?re not going to tell you how to have a good time. 

This apricot liqueur uses the delicious "Bergeron" apricot. Harvested in August in the Rhone valley, Briottet leaves the apricots to macerate for more than two months in a mixture of water and very fine neutral alcohol to produce this exceptional fruit liqueur.
