Citadelle Gin has a delicate and fragrant nose of fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon develop in a most remarkable way. The appetizing bouquet is reminiscent of gardens in springtime. On the palate, juniper gives way to a voluptuous complexity redolent of fresh flowers, leading into an elegant, round and highly refined finish.The 19 botanicals are infused for 72 hours, three days in which the Citadelle body is shaped and takes all its aromatic notes. Citadelle Original is a small batch French gin produced by Maison Ferrand. Juniper forward, with softer notes of orange and green cardamom to follow. Medium in body, with notes of fresh bread, grass, and pepper. Perfect for classic and modern cocktails

Jardin d’ete is a refreshing gin inspired by summer garden scents. Made with a blend of 22 botanicals and leading with the citrus bite of lemon, there's also melon and yuzu layering in plenty of freshness to balance. A summertime blend from French distillery Citadelle, which offers creations largely inspired by the gardens surrounding Chateau de Bonbonnet where it is based.

Citadelle Rouge is flavourful, crystal-clear and fresh.

It builds on the dry gin profile of our original 19 botanicals with an intense burst of lusciously tart berries, underscored by the tang of piquant rhubarb. Fruit-forward, but all-natural, this red fruit essence glows on the palate but remains crystal clear in the glass!

The Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton is up and running - hooray! This is their Cotswolds Dry Gin, made with juniper, coriander and angelica root macerated in their pure wheat spirit for 24 hours. Following this, they add a botanical selection including bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom seed and Cotswolds lavender to their carter head still for distillation. To bring it down to bottling strength, a robust 46% ABV, they use naturally refined Cotswolds water.

Nose: Light, floral juniper blends well with the Cotswolds lavender. This soon gives way to the vibrant grapefruit peel and warming cardamom.

Palate: Opening with grapefruit, fresh juniper and black pepper, followed by herbaceous notes of bay leaf, coriander and angelica. More lavender brings a bright, delicate character to the full-bodied gin.

Finish: Refreshingly clean on the palate, with lime and bay leaf.

Curiosity Gin ? Curious Dry (700ml, 40% alc/vol)

Curious Dry is the world?s only gin made using only New Zealand native botanicals. Wild harvest Kawakawa and Horopito (Bush Pepper), Manuka and urban foraged Tarata (Lemonwood) make a perfectly balanced London Dry style gin with a distinctly NZ taste and deliver a curiously good G&T.

A combination of two Kiwi icons: Sauvignon Blanc and Dancing Sands Dry Gin. State-of-the-art vacuum distillation means we are able to retain the complex flavours of the wine, while adding botanical sophistication from our Dry Gin.

The end result is a full-bodied and fruity gin that brings you bursting passionfruit, gooseberry, lime, and green apple ? all the tropical flavours you know and love from a New Zealand Sav Blanc, but with added punch and pizazz.
