Glenglassaugh Torfa with its peaty, phenolic nature, is a unique expression, and it is quite different to the usual style of whisky produced in the Highlands. Torfa, referring to the Old Norse word for peat, is a brooding, edgy character, whose personality is to be found at the darker end of the spectrum. Bottled at 50%, non chill filtered and natural colour. Looks Gleaming yellow gold. Smells: Vivid, sweet, sooty campfire smoke and sea air infuses zest of lime, apricot jam and ripe soft fruits; all gently warmed by hints of stem ginger and cracked black pepper. Tastes: An eloquent, sweet coastal peat smoke engulfs candied peel over melon, pineapple and roasted red apples. Oat biscuits, hints of heather honey and a gentle cigar box spice all combine to give a terrific balance to the expressive smoky character. Finishes: A heady, yet elegant harmony of distinct coastal peat and striking spiced fruit flavours.
In 1583 a Spanish Armada was rounding Scotland as it fled from the English Navy. Legend has it that one of the boats in the fleet was sunk in the Tayne Firth near the distillery (now The Dornoch Firth) and that many of its survivors settled in Scotland. This whisky pays homage to those men and their stricken vessel, by putting a Spanish twist on Glenmorangie's classic character.
Finished in, unusually, amontillado sherry casks, Tayne is a fragant whisky with notes including rose petals, roast chestnuts, sweet toffee, Muscovado sugar and tropical fruits.

Ti-toki Liqueur is most often recognised by the 500ml hand-made ceramic crock in the shape of a "Tekoteko", the carved figure that guards against evil spirits on the top or in front of a Maori meeting house. These make wonderful souvenirs and gifts and some of the older versions have become sought after collectors items.. Ti-toki Liqueur is also available in a stylish 500ml glass bottle or in 50ml miniatures. A good liqueur should unfold on the palate in a series of taste sensations. While the first taste of Ti-toki Liqueur reveals a certain texture and warmth, it is followed by a deliciously smooth sweet after-taste.; The second, third and fourth tastes unravel slightly different depths and sensations.Ti-toki Liqueur is 37% proof and incredibly versatile! Savour it ?straight up? ? either at room temperature or chilled over ice; or in a delicious cocktail, as a speciality coffee or use in desserts..
Bordeaux at its best with the soft flesh of Merlot and structure of dark berry fruited Cabernet Sauvignon, both combining to make an outstanding wine for drinking now and for ageing.
Château Anthonic’s vineyards extend over some 30 hectares and are composed of a mixture of clay and limestone soils (typical of the Moulis plateau) and parcels of sandy-clay and Garonne gravel. The composition is 82% Merlot and 18% Cabernet Sauvignon resulting in an aromatic wine with notes of cassis, florals, toasty oak and racy minerality.
This micro-batch, super-premium Riesling is the fruit of years of patience. We selected individual rows where the terra rossa and loam barely cover the deep limestone below.
To guarantee the freshness of these precious grapes, we carefully picked batches to precisely fill our membrane press in the chill of night and destemmed the bunches without crushing them.
This benchmark dry Riesling has matured under optimum conditions displays the complexities that fine Australian Riesling develops over time.

This unique seasonal product is the world’s only Trappist bock ale.
Brewed exclusively with natural ingredients, this ale post-ferments slightly in its bottle.
It has a deep red colour, an intensely rich taste, and a malty aroma. Aromatic hop varieties and types of burnt malt render this ale its delicate bitterness that blends surprisingly well with its slightly sweet undertone.

9%Abv "The 2018 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Sp?tlese is coolish, precise and flinty on the elegant and complex yet always bright and seductive nose that offers lush and precise white stone fruit aromas. Intense and refined on the palate, this is a dense, highly elegant, tightly structured and sustainable Sp?tlese with a long and stimulatingly salty finish. A fabulous and serious WSU Sp?tlese. Tasted at the domain in September 2020." ? 95 Points, Stephan Reinhardt, RobertParker.com
"Ripe pear, mirabelle and lychee are garlanded with heliotrope and lily. The delicate but glossy palate introduces overripe Persian melon to accompany the already effusive fruit and decadent liquid perfume promised on the nose. Seed piquancy and a kiss of wet stone lend welcome counterpoint to the lusciously lingering finish." ? 94 Points, David Schildknecht, Vinous
"For a bottling that usually requires years to show its colors, this surprisingly open, lavishly perfumed Sp?tlese wafts of pristine white peach and blossom. It's delightfully honeyed yet invigorating, balancing layers of apricot and yellow cherry flavors against crushed slate and dazzling acidity. While tempting in youth, it should improve through 2035." ? 94 Points, Wine Enthusiast
"A deep and complex Sp?tlese with a ton of blossom aromas, but also great white fruit and a touch of yellow peach and fresh pineapple. Very long, bright and delicate on the medium-bodied palate. Drink or hold." ? 96 Points, James Suckling
Caol Ila is one of Islay's best loved distilleries and this 12 year old is their entry level bottling. This expression is light and fresh with that distinctive Caol Ila smoke and notes of zesty limoncello. A prefect introduction to the joys of Islay malt and the mercurial qualities of peat smoked whisky.

"The medium to deep garnet colored 2009 Langoa Barton is scented of warm red and black plums, dried mulberries and blackcurrant cordial with touches of dried mint and new leather. Medium to full-bodied with a solid frame of grainy tannins and bold freshness, it has loads of red and black berry preserves layers on the long, savory finish."
