In an old fishing village near Barcelona lies a 18th century chapel that houses a custom-made still in which Gin Mare was first created, inspired not only by local botanicals and flavours, but by the rhythms and culture of its location. The chapel and its still continue to stand proudly at the entrance to the distillery, welcoming visitors and inviting them to experience the Mediterranean culture of gastronomy, drinks and a gentle pace of life under the sun.

Made with bergamot and lemons, along with Gin Mare?s four principal botanicals - Arbequina olives, rosemary, thyme, and basil - Gin Mare Capri brings the every essence of the Mediterranean and the island of Capri to life through its authentic, fresh, citrus flavour profile.

The first tipple to come from Edinburgh's Port of Leith Distillery has arrived in the shape of Lind & Lime Gin! The name is inspired by Dr. James Lind of Edinburgh, who conducted one of the first clinical trials aboard the HMS Salisbury. In these trials, he noted that the scurvy patients eating citrus fruits were showing good signs. Hence the addition of lime within this gin. To balance the powerful citrus freshness, the distillers also used pink peppercorn alongside five other botanicals (including juniper) to create the recipe.

For our latest experiment, Brian Kinsman, our Malt Master, travelled to Somerset in the Southwest of England to meet Matilda Temperley, Master Distiller of her family's industry-defining Somerset Cider brandy company.

It was in the acres of vintage apple orchards that caught Brian's imagination.

Somerset Pomona, a blend of apple cider brandy and apple juice, started him on an aromatic journey that led to the first ever single malt Scotch whisky finished in Somerset Pomona spirit casks.

An 18-year-old single malt from Aultmore that offers aromas of cereal, fruit salad, vanilla, peach and grapefruit on the nose, complemented by notes of biscuits, orange blossom, white grapes and garden herbs throughout the palate.

Triple distilled Irish whiskey matured in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. This lovely gift pack comes with two beautiful branded glasses.

Nose: Very lightly scented with nutty ice cream and sherry.

Palate: Rich dried fruit and chewy toffee, quite a mouth-filling shock after the very delicate nose.

Finish: Fudgy.

For more than 300 years, from before the days of Admiral Nelson, wooden ships and iron men, the sailors of Great Britain's Royal Navy were issued a daily ration of Pusser's Rum. This tradition, one of the longest and unbroken in the history of the sea, carried forward from the year 1655 to July 31st, 1970 when it was stopped. The Navy's rum issue gave birth to an especially flavorful kind of rum called Navy Rum. Naturally flavoured, Pusser's is the original Navy Rum, still produced in accordance with Admiralty Regulations for rum. The superb rum in this bottle, a Gold Medal Winner, is the same rum that was issued in the Royal Navy. They called it "Nelson's Blood". We called it Liquid History. Its full, rich flavour is unsurpassed. A substantial royalty from the sale of each bottle of Pusser's rum is paid to the Royal Navy Sailor Fund-referred to as the 'Tot Fund' - which provides amenities for serving personnel.


TASTING NOTE
Clear, dark amber in colour with aromas of classic Demerara sugar, molasses, dried fruits, island spices, and caramel. Full, round and perfect for cocktails. Long finish with a mild spicy burn.

Joining the Jura Cask Editions collection, this expression has been finished in red wine casks, imparting a glorious berry influence to this island single malt. Packing plenty of rich fruit, it's fabulously full bodied.

Nose: Dark berries and forest fruits, gently floral wafts of vanilla and cr?me caramel.

Palate: Sultanas and soft summer fruits with raspberry tang and juicy strawberry and gentle vanilla chai spice.

Finish: Cinnamon and red fruits continue with spicy oak, roasted malt, and a creamy finish.

North End Ancestral Range Inspired by our ancestors who travelled across the seas to forge a new life in this land we set about brewing a full bodied strong London style bitter. We combined New Zealand Ale Malt, two different crystal malts , a little wheat , tangy English Goldings and Fuggels hops with our fruity English Ale yeast to create a sociable, sessionable taste of the old country .

4.7% ABV.

Glenfarclas - 100% Oloroso sherry cask maturation.  Gloriously smooth, yet with the depth and finish you would normally expect of a much older dram.

Nose:  Tempting sherry-sweet malty tones combine with delicate aromas, releasing sublte spices.  Warming the glass reveals honey, vanilla and pear drops.

Flavour:  Delicately light, with a mouth-watering combination of maltiness, sherry sweetness.  Hints of dried fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves tempt the taste buds further.

Jever Pilsener is a Northern German (Friesian) Pilsener that is characteristic of the style. It is a little more hoppy than Czech pilseners giving it a more bitter ("herb" in German) flavour.

Just the pink ones. Finally, the call has been answered ? a toasted marshmallow hazy IPA that exclusively utilises the far superior pink marshmallow! They said it couldn?t be done, but our beer scientists managed to separate just the pink ones for this delicious beer. Loaded with creamy oats and a splash of raspberry and vanilla for maximum decadence, this smooth hazy will make you marvel at the pure undiluted glory of PINK MARSHMALLOWS!

The distillery that produces Diplomatico Rum have created a new gin sourcing botanicals from the Amazon. Working in collaboration with local communities they have selected and handpicked ten exotic ingredients with eight traditional gin botanicals and one local fruit. The lush, damp greenery of the Amazonian rainforest is immediately apparent on the nose followed by intense fruity notes of passionfruit, grapefruit and hints of black pepper. The palate is complex and herbaceous and fresh with citrus. A refreshing and balanced gin with a feel good factor as 10% of profits go towards supporting NGOs and networks of volunteers striving to improve the quality of life for indigenous tribe in the Amazon.
