Le Tribute Gin comes in a beautiful light green fluted glass with glorious copper accents that has been designed to look like an antique medicine bottle.
This gin was made by the same team who created the highly celebrated Gin Mare. Distilled seven times with a focus on citrus botanicals, Le Tribute is a stunningly vibrant citrus gin. Citric presence on the nose with fruity and juniper notes. Fresh and fruity on the palate with vibrant citric notes and an underlying touch of lemongrass and juniper. Fresh yet dry enough.
The tonic has specially sourced quinine from the Loja Provence in Ecuador and has notes of Lemongrass to pair perfectly with the gin.
In 2005 Xavier Vanneste, son of Mrs Véronique Maes, renovated and restarted the old brewery which had been in the family since 1856. He launched Brugse Zot, a new beer with a unique recipe. Today Brugse Zot is the only beer brewed in Bruges’ town centre!
The people of Bruges are known as "Brugse Zotten" (Bruges Fools), also known as "Brugse Jonckers"

"DESCRIPTION
Clear yellow body and a nice creamy white lasting head with good lacing. Aroma malt and grass. Bitter finish. A classic German Pilsener.
CLASSIC GERMAN PILSENER
German pilsners typically come in two varieties, the northern and the southern. Southern examples are akin to a Bohemian pilsner with German hops and less malt. Northern examples are very well-attenuated (leaner in body) and dry."

Pierre Gonon is one of the great domaines in the St Joseph appellation. This 100% Syrah comes from the great granite rich slopes that the region is known for. The nose is smoky and rich, with spiced cherry hints. On the palate, this wine offers prune, Morello cherry and violet flavours. This smoky, juicy Rhone brings a long finish and excellent tannin structure. An excellent expression of the region.
Pinot Noir is king and Chardonnay is queen of the Akarua winery in Bannockburn where 78% of the wines made are Pinot and full of appealing plump red plum and ripe cherry flavours, leading into a beautifully structured, full bodied wine with a long, silky finish.
The Maori word Akarua translates to two vines and is the name chosen by Sir Clifford Skeggs, who planted Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on his terraced vineyard in Bannockburn. Last year, he sold the vineyard and winery to the Edmond de Rothschild Heritage group which is continuing the brand and its great wines.
