Porter & Stout
Right here is a beer as American as the fourth of July. Monumental American Brown Ale throws nothing but strikes at the malt/hop sweet spot ? balancing those more-ish, malt-driven chocolate, caramel and toasty notes with a punch of all-American Simcoe and Sabro hops. It?s medium-bodied, full-flavoured, and available for a limited time only. Yee-haw.
Norty Porter is everything you want in a winter beer? or any time you?re craving something rich, chocolatey and dessert-like!
Sprig + Fern Brewing Co.?s Norty Porter is brewed with a combination of five speciality malts, with the addition of cacao nibs bringing a luscious chocolate aromatic and flavour. This creamy chocolate beer is smooth and silky, right to the last drop.
But don?t take our word for it ? this beer picked up a TOP 30 medal win in the 2023 New World Beer & Cider Awards, with the judges calling it ?the liquid form of a chocolate mousse? and going on to encourage drinkers to ?forget any notions you might have of dark beers being too heavy or charry-bitter; this is elegant, feather-light and smooth ? and a wonderful chocolate delivery mechanism?. It also picked up a silver medal in the Australian International Beer Awards.
It?s indulgent, it?s dark, and it?s a little bit ?norty?!

Mena Dhu stout is complex and flavoursome, yet deceptively light and refreshing. A subtle oak smoked aroma sets the scene for a delicious flavour profile that entices with a hint of dark chocolate, followed by a delicate touch of liquorice on the finish.
It?s brewed using a blend of six malts ? traditional and pale malts for richness and depth, chocolate and smoked malts for a distinctive taste, and malted oats and roasted barley malts to enhance the finish.
Based on an original Cornish recipe, Mena Dhu means ?black hill? in Cornish and is named after the farm that was owned by Walter Hicks, the founder of St Austell Brewery.
Stone Brewing - This is a beloved stout. When first introduced as a limited special collaboration release with San Diego homebrewer Chris Banker (after his recipe won our annual homebrew competition) and Cerveceria Insurgente, it was an instant hit and fans began clamoring for its return. Seeing as how its amazing flavor profile is evocative of Mexican hot chocolate, featuring coffee, pasilla peppers, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and a generous amount of our own in-house made chocolate, we concluded it was the perfect stout to re-release in celebration of the Holidays and the entire winter season. This is now a highly anticipated yearly tradition that we are pleased to present from us to you and makes a perfect wintry gift from you to your friends, loved ones, or simply to yourself.

Russian Imperial Stout
Robert The Great refers to Lord of Liddesdale, Robert I, popularly known as Robert the Bruce, was king of Scotland from 1306 until his death in 1329. Robert I was one of the most famous warriors of his generation, and led eventually Scotland during the First War of Scottish Independence against England. He successfully fought during his reign to reclaim Scotland's place as an independent country and is revered in Scotland today as a national hero. This stout is doing what Robert once did, conquering a place of independence in the wild jungle of globalization.
