Cane Overproof rum is 1919's first release, full-strength and full of character. It is a blend of different fermentations and marks resulting in a white rum with a fruity aroma with hints of molasses. This full strength rum provides depth and a punch in cocktails or can be enjoyed neat for the rum enthusiast.

Don Papa Baroko is made on the island of Negros in the Philippines. It is the result of a blend with old rum distilled from molasses, known locally as "black gold" black gold, which comes from one of the many local mills on the island.
Don Papa Baroko has aged for several years in American oak barrels. The Master Blender then selects the most expressive casks, those which best reveal the fruity and vanilla notes.
This is Matusalem's premium expression of Solera aged rum, the 23 Gran Reserva. The company was once based in Cuba, but have since moved to the Dominican Republic. They Solera age the majority of their rum to ensure their characteristic flavour remains the same from bottle to bottle.

A superb-looking decanter bottle of XO rum from Barbados, aged in bourbon barrels before being shipped to France for a secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand house. The result is a well balanced rum with a remarkably long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango. Now this is some very good stuff.
