Cane Overproof rum is 1919's first release, full-strength and full of character. It is a blend of different fermentations and marks resulting in a white rum with a fruity aroma with hints of molasses. This full strength rum provides depth and a punch in cocktails or can be enjoyed neat for the rum enthusiast.

An excellent Solera-aged rum from the Opthimus range, produced by Oliver y Oliver. Aged and bottled in the Domican Republic. This 25 year old solera aged rum was bottled in 2021 at a strength of 38%.
Don Papa Baroko is made on the island of Negros in the Philippines. It is the result of a blend with old rum distilled from molasses, known locally as "black gold" black gold, which comes from one of the many local mills on the island.
Don Papa Baroko has aged for several years in American oak barrels. The Master Blender then selects the most expressive casks, those which best reveal the fruity and vanilla notes.

The natural ageing process in young oak barrels in Cuba for a number of years gives Havana Club Anejo Especial its warm amber colour and smooth taste. Aged in this way, it develops a typical touch of vanilla that is perfect for mixing with cola or just with ice. Clear amber, shiny, clean and transparent with a soft and balanced aroma. Flavours of light ageing, with slight sweetness. Notes of sugarcane combined with woody notes, along with almonds, vanilla, grapes and dried plums.
A superb-looking decanter bottle of XO rum from Barbados, aged in bourbon barrels before being shipped to France for a secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand house.
