The Tobermory 20 years old is an old Isle of Mull singel malt. This release is matured in ex bourbon casks followed by a sherry cask finish. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
Nose: rich and warm with molasses, golden syrup, mulled wine, nutmeg, walnuts, sultanas and dates
Palate: oak with caramelized oranges marmalade, vanilla, dried fruit, hazelnuts and dark chocolate
Finish: long and sweet with nuts, apricots and orange jam

This is a 21 year old unpeated single malt from Tobermory, which has enjoyed 3 years finishing in oloroso sherry casks before being bottled.
The nose offers clove-studded orange, dark chocolate, florals and vanilla leading to a palate of prunes walnuts and dark chocolate and a long spice and leather finish.
This was Tomatin was distilled in the Highlands in December 2008.
It spent a decade in a single refill hogshead REF - DL13774, and was bottled by Douglas Laing in November 2019 with an outturn of 384 bottles at 48.4% ABV.
Nose: Big and richly defined in Malted barley, gentle spices and fruit.
Palate: Hits big with cereal, honey, vanilla and even a hint of salt.
Finish: Dark molasses mix interestingly with all the aforementioned (FHL).
Independently bottled by Douglas Laing for the Xtra Old Particular range this whisky was aged in a refill hogshead (DL12783) cask for quarter of a century - from April 1993 to August 2018 - before being bottled a cask strength with an outturn of 315 bottles. 60.2% Alc./Vol.
Non chill filtered.
Spiced fruit on the nose, developing to polished wood floors and a sweet vanilla, caramel character. The palate shows lemon meringue pie with lashings of cream plus malted barely, burnt sugar and coconut flakes. The finish is long and buttery with warming allspice, toasted oak and honeycomb on oat biscuits.
Matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and sherry casks
Strength: 43% alc./vol.
The Tomatin 12 Year Old is classically smooth, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. Aromas of wild heather, pine and cedar soon sweeten to reveal notes of cr?me caramel with apples, pears and mango before a full bodied and buttery finish
Tis malt is a light and easy drinking whisky and shows a large influence from the American oak cask in which it has peacefully aged for 15 years.
Nose: Gentle, balanced with orchard fruits, oak, blossom, orange too, creamy vanilla, toffee.
Palate: Creamy and soft with a prominence of fruit and malt. Balanced, some toffee, caramel, citrus.
Finish: A long, soft finish.
This whisky has a final maturation in oloroso sherry butts
The Tomatin 18 Year Old is a truly luxurious world class malt. Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, dried apricot, nougat and distinctive nutty flavours develop into bursts of tropical fruit with mellow undertones and a rich, full bodied finish.
The Tomatin 21 Years Bourbon Barrels is a single malt whiskey from the Highlands. It spent its 21 years of barrel aging entirely in first fill ex-bourbon barrels. The distillery bottled it exclusively for travel retail. The alcohol content is 46.0 percent by volume. The whisky also impresses with its natural color and does not require chill filtration.
Nosing: The nose of the whisky has notes of green apples and lemons. It also brings notes of vanilla and butterscotch.
Tasting: The Tomatin 21 Years feels soft and creamy on the tongue. It tastes of dark chocolate and vanilla. Green apples and pineapple come through. Candied ginger and chocolate introduce the finish.
Finish: The finish is long-lasting. The whisky says goodbye with notes of cocoa. Tropical fruits are present. Spicy pepper lingers after drinking
Matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Sherry casks and bottled at natural strength.

Matured in a classic combination of first fill ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, aromas of golden syrup and ginger biscuits prevail while flavours of malt loaf and marzipan lead to a dry, lingering spicy finish."
Cu Bocan is the name of the lightly peated whisky made at the Tomatin distillery, named after the 'black dog', a mythical hellhound said to roam the area near Tomatin. Though it is made with peated barley, the smoke is well balanced and soft, with coconut, citrus and nutty flavours more obvious than the warming, gentle smokyness throughout.
This whisky was distilled in 1989, and spent 30 years in a bourbon barrel (DL13917)before being bottled in April 2020. Just 280 cask strength bottles were released for the Xtra Old Particular series at 52.8% ABV.
Nose: Rich, darkly malted, intriguingly spiced and fruity.
Palate: Warming and ginger spiced as the big palate opens showing later Muscovado sugar and the gentlest oak - all running to a stewed fruit and vanilla custard finish.
This 14 year old has been bottled at a higher strength to previous Tomintoul releases. This has helped bring out more of the flavour, and the character of the dram.
Tasting Note
Nose: Gentle, very subtle. Warm pastries, apple blossom, hints of toffee, citrus, gentle fruit.
Palate: Vanilla, creamy, more blossom, barley.
Finish: Good length, spices.
