Single Malt Whisky
Nose: Imagine yourself in an Italian garden surrounded with mandarin, lemon, apple, pear and peach trees, their fruit ripening in the sun. Add to this the scent of vanilla ice cream, then enjoy the herbal aromas of geranium and wild mint growing nearby
Palate: Savour the fruits of the Italian garden as creamy vanilla slips like liquid silk over the tongue as peaches and cream, mandarins and lemons effervesce in the mouth.Aromatic essences of fennel and nutmeg tantalise with crumbly almond and coconut that gives way to a nectar that envelops all the fruit, spice and nut flavours in a honeyed caress
Finish: The charming sweetness of delicious juices is left on the tongue.

A fusion of unique and rare elements, and clouded in secrecy, Signet is the culmination of a lifetime's experience. A blend of our oldest whisky and spirit matured in a selection of the world's finest casks, this undoubtedly is the richest whisky in the Glenmorangie range.
Of course, whilst the exact secrets of its production are known only to our whisky creators, we can tell you that Signet's melting sweetness and explosive spiciness is, at least in part, caused by our unique roasted 'chocolate' barley malt and the 'designer casks' made bespoke for Glenmorangie from American white oak. Non chill-filtered
A non vintage from the Glenrothes distillery, selected by the Glenrothes Malt Master, John Ramsay. Select Reserve is a great value for money single malt, it exhibits the wonderful spicy house style. Lots of zesty rich fruit on the nose. Thick Seville marmalade, bubbling on a hot stove with notes of toasted cereals. The palate is silken smooth and utterly supple. Gentle barley whispers sweet nothings to the/its honey. A little vanilla and malt with toasted cereal and sumptuous oak. The finish is long with mocchaccino and barley sweetness.
43% ABV
Part of the new Glenrothes Soleo collection specially selected by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion.
A higher strength expression entirely first fill sherry cask matured.
Aroma: Resinous, candied peel and fresh oak notes.
Taste: Rich, spicy, creamy vanilla and orange peel.
Finish: Long, fruity, orange peel notes with a hint of nutmeg.
48.8% ABV
A new addition to the 'Discovery' range from Gordon & MacPhail, this expression comes entirely from American oak casks from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, Scotland. This wood profile is typified by creamy custard, fruity notes of apple and banana, and a flavour of blossom honey. A great example of this traditional style, and a distillery that is very rarely seen independently bottled like this.
TASTING NOTES
Perfumed green apples with dried banana and lime zest. Soft milk chocolate gives way to salted almonds and vanilla pod. Smooth and creamy custard combines with lemon posset and malted biscuit. Blossom honey undertones develop alongside subtle white pepper. Medium-bodied with spice.
