Champagne Castelnau Brut 750ml
Full bodied, dry, creamy champagne offering up deliciously rich citrusy flavours and refreshing depth and complexity from long lees ageing. It's new in store here at Regional and is the flagship wine of Champagne Castelnau, spending, typically, at least five years on lees, prior to release onto the market, providing it with rich brioche flavours and lively yeasty freshness.
Champagne Castelnau's chef de cave, Elisabeth’s Sarcelet, uses a high proportion of Chardonnay in all the bubbles she produces for Castelnau. This beautiful expression of the Champagne region is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier.
She also made it onto the 2020 Drinks Business top 100 Master Winemakers of the world list.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
