- Apples - The aroma of apples and perfectly balanced Espadin agave tumble in first.
- Mango - Hidden freshness and subtle sweetness of fruit scents arise.
- Local Fruits - Hints of "zapote" fruits merge.
- Wood - A perfectly balanced and soft hint of the wooden barrels in which Mezcal is fermented.
- Smooth Smoke - A discreet, almost imperceptible smoky finish portraits the volcanic stone and firewood of our traditional earth-ovens.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
