An outstanding dry sherry from Gonzales Byass with tangy, nutty, salty aromas, a full body and lingering finish. This is a great fortified wine with eight years ageing, on average, and super dry flavours. Tio Pepe Dos Palmas is a dry tangy sherry that tastes outstanding now and is fully developed so will not develop further complexity with age.
It's ready to drink now or in the next two to three years. Serve lightly chilled, ideally with dried jam?n.

Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
