Sercial is one of the traditional Madeira grape offering the driest style from the island. The base wine is fortified to 17-20% and stored in ?estufas? which are heated to 45 degrees celsius for no less than 3 months.
This wine is then aged oxidatively in casks called Canteiro, usually on the top floor of the wine cellar, where the temperature is higher. Serical is the lightest, most acidic and delicate expression of Madeira that takes the longest to mature.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
