Imagination Gin and the Black Barn wine making team carefully chose some tightly grained and lightly toasted French oak barriques from Black Barn which were used in the production of their Syrah. Once they got back to the distillery they were filled with the highest quality triple distilled dry gin and left for time and nature do it?s thing.
The result is an exquisite gin with a vibrant fruit nose and a hint of toffee and cinnamon. The initial sweet spice on the palate gives way to a soft piney oak body and a lingering dry spice finish.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
