Medium bodied and brimming with bright red berry notes, this is a forward and easy drinking wine that retains plenty of character and complexity.
The Gamay vines from which the fruit is sourced have an average age of 60 years and grow on limestone with a south easterly aspect. Ageing is in large foudre to minimise oak influence and let the fruit shine.

The 2019 C?te de Brouilly Les Feuill?es is especially compelling, unfurling in the glass with aromas of cherries, wild berries, warm spices, peonies, licorice and orange rind. Medium to full-bodied, layered and multidimensional, it?s velvety and concentrated, with lively acids and a long, resonant finish. This is well worth seeking out.

The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
